Anna and Elsa opening at 9am starting next week?

Pretty sure that is correct- they even have new name for it at MK called Olaf's Winter Cove or something per the CM on the phone

Hey! Just got off the phone with Disney yesterday and they stated that the 9-6 at Epcot is going away... That they will be at Epcot/Norway from 2-2:40 and 3-3:40. Also, at MK Fantasyland near Pinocchio Village from 11-4:30???

EXTREMELY unlikely. Especially given that the blog post below just went up yesterday and the expanded 9-6 hours just started this week.

Yes, and as is well known, CM answers on the phone are just about as reliable as bus driver reports. If they were indeed switching locations, we would have already heard about it from KennyThePirate or some way other than a phone call to a call center.

So I guess my question is why the call for availability after this week on Disney's site? I know this Akershus had several openings next week for 8:00 AM and we thought that was weird sure enough they said it was due to the schedule change for them. I have heard Kenny the Pirate in a CM and knows... would be interesting to find out since we are going next week and want to make sure we know the Correct Schedule = )

and the poster said they would be in FL near Pinocchio Village Haus - isn't that area already crowded enough - over by Small World and Peter Pan - or there's the option on the other end where they could block the restrooms......

I called yesterday and their internal email only states the following. till 2/16 the hours will be 9-6 in Norway- Nothing after that... Guess its wait and see!

The Disboard News reports that the meet and greet has been extended indefinitely! I hope that is the case! The kids and I are CRAZY about Frozen and are dying to meet Anna and Elsa in April!

Exactly... = ) What I was trying to say... Epcot Guest Relations said they will not know (Supposedly till Sunday afternoon if the schedule is to change)
They stated that they may do a 9-9 LOL... Who knows...

Will find out soon the daughter can't wait!

honestly folks don't worry about Anna/ Elsa disappearing - hand on my character meeting obsessed heart they aren't going to leave WDW!

The reason (IMO) they're not showing up on the calendar is Disney is still figuring it out. I suspect they're scrambling a bit - they clearly need them to be in Norway but they need another location too. Norway is not set up for such a crowded / popular meet and greet. There is no place for a FP line and really not enough space for the 'regular' line. I think they're working on another plan behind the scenes and aren't announcing much because when they end up with another location they'll either just add it or alter the times - either way they don't want to announce things too early.

I'm not really worried about them disappearing. I have a friend who has booked a trip in late April to take her granddaughter to meet Anna and Elsa. That is their primary reason for for the trip; her granddaughter loves them! They have already booked Akershus at 8:20, hoping to get in the line early to avoid a multiple hour long wait. Her granddaughter is a preschooler and just wouldn't understand such a long wait. I'm just keeping a close watch on when and where they are going to be for them. My daughter and I are going in March and hope to see them then. We can handle a 2 hour wait if we have to.

You'll never make it. TS dining takes WAY longer than you think it will, especially at dinner.
