Animal Kingdom Lodge any standard view rooms that have a partial view

Early this month we were at AKL. We were in a standard room and all I requested was a partial view. They gave me room 4343 which is a savanna view except for the people pen directly below us. When it rained one evening we got a 15 minute show where a young giraffe played tag with its mother. Made the upgrading from moderate to deluxe totally worth it.

It all depends on your plans. We paid for the great view but never had a chance to appreciate it because of rushing out to the parks with our kids. Our second visit was just me and my husband where we could sit on the balcony and enjoy the scenery. If you get a standard room, just walk around the lodge and see the same animals close up.

We were in room 3218. We booked standard view but we had a view of the animals. It was a perfect room! Very close to the lobby. Giraffes and zebras outside our balcony every night. It was Jambo House, Kudu Trail, Sunset Savannah.

What was the bed configuration of this room. We are looking for queen with bunk beds.

#5322-DVC studio. It was classified as standard, and I suppose it had a "partial" savannah view, but to me there was nothing "partial" about it. It had a better savannah view than from the savannah view room I'd had only a few months before

What type room was this? Size that is

5220/5222 was the two bedroom lockoff I stayed in. Great view - always animal. Even saw an ostrich with a freshly laid egg!

If you request Kudu trail and have a standard view you will have some sort of a partial savanna view. Some of the rooms on Zebra trail that are standard view overlook the pool.
