Animal Abuse Monster Apparently Caught.

Looks like they got the, hmm, what do you call someone who would do this type of thing? A good piece of dirt to get off the street.

ST. PAUL, Minnesota (AP) -- A 24-year-old man has been arrested, suspected of cutting the head off of a 17-year-old girl's pet dog and leaving it at her front door in a gift-wrapped box.

While I feel badly for the dog that got its head cut off, the more worrisome thing (IMO) is the theat to the girl. I hope he goes away for a long, long time.

I am sure with our legal system he will not serve any time (probation) or probably 2 months at best if we are lucky.

This is something I could write about. Follow cases like child stalkers, molesters, animal abusers and actually find out how much time they serve.

I will bet if we kept tabs we would be sick to our stomachs.
