Lunch was a blast 8 of my friends and 4 of their daughters helped me celebrate....it was a good time and I got the most beautiful flowers!!

Now the chUckwagon is getting hitched up to go to dinner, we are going to Spudders and OLD Steak house from the oil boom days of Tulsa. Ultimate YUM!

Until then I'd better supervise the dh as he supervises the ds doing his homework.

Just back from meeting Kaitlin's teachers. I really liked them all and I think she is going to have a very good year in 5th grade.

She didnt even make a whole week of school without a nurse phone call. I had to go pick her up today because she has a sore throat and felt sick to her stomach. Taking her to the Dr. tomorrow morning for a throat culture....I am pretty sure she has strept. Poor thing....I hope she doesnt have a year like last year! (or she it going to have to get those tonsils out!)

We almost made it to Pittsburgh, Pittsburgh Children's Hospital to be exact, with that young man a few years back. I actually just found all the paperwork from back then - he was 8 and very sick. Fortunately it was resolved and all's been well (except his throat) ever since!

I have about 7 pages to catch up with. However it will have to be in the morning if I get time. I'm sooo tired. I went to visit grandma today. My aunt says grandma is seeing a guy in the room that really isn't there. (An angel maybe?) Grandma keeps telling my aunt to make him leave. Everyone is at peace though and we all just want her to be at peace too. I don't think it will be much longer.
I think I really need to get some sleep. I have retyped this for spelling errors and such about 5 times now. Night

Just got back from the UD football game. They lost but the band was great. One of Sarah's classmates was in the color guard. I stood at the cash register in the concessions stand for about 4 hours straight without a break. My feet are tired.
