I'm not sure when the meet was... I just remember being so busy that time of year. Fall would be different... easier to sucker Luis into driving for me since he isn't out as much with his friends
Thanks Sandi for reminding us of the date... I only remember having to bail because Luis got the dates mixed up (he thought it was a Friday instead of Sat since his meets are always Fridays) and my back hurt too much to make any long drive.

Okay Star, we need to plan a meet and get you all inked up And yep, mood got better. I think I just needed to get away from him for an hour or two.

We're heading to the surgeon's AGAIN today...we've been told today IS the day the cast comes off, and gets replaced with a gortex one....keep your fingers crossed for AJ......he'd love to go swimming this weekend.

I've gotta get moving and get us packed. We're spending the weekend at Button Bay, VT:

we MAY even get to see Champy....the mysterious "lochness-like" monster that apparently lives in Lake Champlain. Truthfully, I'm more interested in this sighting:

Lou and I have also talked about going up to northern Vermot to see Ben & Jerry's and the Vermont Teddy Bear place. Its not a day trip from my family in Mass, so we would have to plan our trip a little differently. We usually base ourselves out of my aunt's house and do day trips from there. But the trip to Vermont would include a couple nights. One of these days we will get to that. We will probably go to Mass next summer if the cruise plan falls through.

I think Mrs. AA is feeling a bit better and I did go to auditions last night. Actually, I think I did well but they will be shooting quite a bit over Labor Day weekend and I will be out of town so that no doubt limits what role I may be up for.

I had to improv being a bumbling bank robber...go figure. The director lost it when I pointed the gun at him, demanded a sucker to calm my nerves and then screamed at him that no one likes green, give me the red one!

And before y'all get started that was suckers, not M&Ms.

I've never tried Bunco and I'm not a drinker but I'd be a quick study at either. As for bowling..well if I could only switch Putt-Putt and bowling scores I would improve with both. Maybe it's a visualization thing since my mind is always in the gutter.....

Happy first day of school to the Paras family. Hope your teachers are all you are hoping for! Gail, I started taking separate back-to-school photos when David hit high school. He has to leave by 6:45 during marching season. No way would Amy look ready by then. I'd have to have her in her PJ's. LOL!

I'm crossing my fingers for AJ. This weekend would certainly be more fun if he could swim. Looks like a fun weekend.

Count me in as wanting to see the pictures of the Bons.

Cami, I gave her a break yesterday. Today I turn back into the mean mom and limit how much junk she can have in one day. She'd blow up like a blimp if I let her eat all that all the time!

Happy Birthday Star. Have a big ole hunk of Hot Fudge Chocolate Cake with Chocolate Syrup (3 chocolates = negative calories) and enjoy your day.

I got a ton of stuff to do today, incuding getting the 1st floor pluming reversed. After the reversed the feed lined on Monday or whenever, the 1st floor is now reversed. Let me tell you, since I got the hot water up to HOT, when you flush, it steams!

WOOT! Ya'll sure do know how to make a person feel loved!!

This morning got off to a rocky start (the ds was running late for school) but we made it!!

The DH is at a meeting, he specifically took today as his day off and of course they would call a meeting!! lol OH well he will be home soon to torment me about being old. (a little payback time) lol

I have a lunch date planned with some "mommies" from g's school at chili's (YUM!) and then Dinner out with the family tonight.

I'm sure there will be lots of over eating and desserts along the way!

However, I'm pretty sure none of it is gonna compare to Breakfast with you guys!!
