Thanks for the great ideas on scrapbooking...I really wish I could do it. I bought a creative memories baby book for G when he was born I've done 4 pages I think.

I have about a few hundred bucks in supplies and tools but my problem is I can't commit to any particular thing. I need one that is already layed out and I just plug in the pictures!!

MP-I burn mine to disk and then just because of my computer nerdness I put a copy in the saftey deposit box.

I got a call from our best man at our wedding, he's offered me his extra ticket but that includes the sooner club tent before and most likely dinner with our college friends after I'm torn I'd kinda like to go on my own time but it's kinda hard to pass up a free ticket. Could you forgive me MP??

College is going well, I have more free time than ever before in my life, which is why I decided to start "Dis-ing" like my mother (if only to harrass her virtually since I can't do it at home anymore). Classes are boring, band is fun. And, I had a creepy lunch date today.

Right... I've been telling myself for ages I've gotta jump back in here... I miss hearing everyones news and just basically being around you all very much. Work has been crazy/crummy for quite a while now and so I can't get on in the day and when I get home I'm usually either shattered, busy or in a bad mood... so, I've been AWOL for a long time... again

But then, today, I logged on to the news to see 'Hurricane Hits Alabama' and I instantly thought of Alan. I had to visit and find out if he and his family are okay. Thankfully the first thing I come across is you all thanking Elaine for the update and to hear he is well! So THANKS to Elaine and Alan, my thoughts are with you!

In fact, my thoughts are with you all, I truly miss being in touch. So, from now, I'm dedicated to posting at least once a night... I'm sure even if I'm in a bad mood you'll have me () and I'm even more sure you'll shake me right on out of it!

Star, don't hesitate! Go for it. Actually, Mom's new friend is going to be here for the game. She's wanting us to meet, so we may talk about going to dinner after the game. It's really not a problem. There are lots of chances for us to meet each other.

And scrappers block just means that you need to work with some friends. It's amazing how motivated I get when I scrap with my friend Jacque. She suggests wonderful things when I'm stuck.

Creepy date was with a guy from my history class. We were making fun of the professor together, and he asked for my number, then later called to go out to lunch. I don't know, he's funny in class, but at lunch he was odd and stared at me too much. I think he thinks I am a dork, which is true, but I don't think he thinks its true.

It doesn't matter. I have Cute Rob from Ohio (incase my Mom hasn't mentioned him, he's a very cute boy I met while working at summer camp) who thinks I am a dork and thinks it is a good thing.

I wish my mother would get online, its much more fun to harrass her when she's actually here.

Hi all, I have another Alan update for you It seems that the worst of the storm has passes. He said it does get a little gusty now and then, but save a few large branches and other such debris, they are doing quite well. They are still w/o power at their house, but he saw some businesses with power on here and there as he was driving home from dropping his MIL off. He suspects he will be at work tomorrow and will be able to check in himself from there. So the good news is that they really didn't get it near as bad as they feared and even the tornado watch was lifted.

Yuck! A creepy date that stares at you would be enough to ruin lunch for sure. Back in the dark ages, when I was in college, I once went out with a REALLY creepy guy. The whole evening he wouldn't talk to me. Just one word here and there. It was miserable! I found out later that he asked me out to make his girlfriend (that I didn't know about) jealous. A few months later, the girlfriend was my new roommate. EEEK! I couldn't figure out at first why she was unfriendly.
