Great picture of Sarah!!! Of course I assume it'd be hard to take a bad pic of her:D
Hey Sarah~Your new bf is a cutie too!!

I think I have all my errands run, just charging cell phone & syncing PDA and I think I am officially done. Unfortunately I slept through church and didn't get my cell phone updated with all the numbers, but oh well :p

Lorraine, sorry about that pool there :( I hope you will have some swimming time left this year by the time it is fixed.

Welcome back LK!!!

The dip sounds good Lars... have fun tonight!

Carol, that is a great picture of the both of them!! She has a cute looking b/f!

I was given this testimony for Tide with Bleach Alternative I would like to share

Dear Tide:
I'm writing to say what an excellent product you have!
I've used it all through my married life, as my Mom always
told me it was the best. Now that I am in my fifties,
I find it even better! In fact, about a month ago,
I spilled some red wine on my new white blouse.
My inconsiderate and uncaring husband started to berate me
about how clumsy I was, and generally started becoming a pain
in the neck. One thing led to another and somehow I ended up with a
lot of his blood on my white blouse. I tried to get the stain out using
a bargain detergent, but it just wouldn't come out.
After a quick trip to the supermarket, I purchased a bottle of liquid Tide
with bleach alternative, and to my surprise and satisfaction, all of the
stains came out! In fact, the stains came out so well the detectives who
came by yesterday told me that the DNA tests on my blouse were negative
and then my attorney called and said that I would no longer be considered a
suspect in the disappearance of my husband. What a relief!
Going through menopause is bad enough without being a murder suspect!
I thank you, once again, for having such a great product.
Well, gotta go. I have to write a letter to the Hefty bag people.

::yes:: (As was I and Gerri when I got home and told her the story!)

E! - Enjoy!

Mike - And oldie but goodie! :p

Carol - ::yes::

Gerri's brother was over today and told me about a friend of his who is moving out of state who they threw a going away party for. I asked where he was moving and he said around the PA-OH border. When I pressed further he said outside of Pittsburgh. I asked him if he knew exactly where and he said Cranberry Township! What are the chances of that! *** I promptly told him, "Never heard of it!" ;) ***

SB, I hope they get out soon, so you can enjoy your pool before it turns cool. Yes, we ate many of the tomatoes and the rest we made into fresh salsa and froze it. Now this winter we can enjoy a taste of summer.

Lou, you are bad, but then we knew that didn't we?

Cute one, Mike.

Welcome home, LK. We missed you. The benefit of being the first home is that we get to hear your version of the stories first. ;)

Carol, that's a great pic. And tell Sarah that I think he's too cute!

Lars, ready-made is always easier. Glad you liked what I sent. The artichoke one is the one people always ask for.

E, glad you are all set to go. I usually am still packing late at night.

Welcome home LK!!!! I also believe your version of the camping trip....especially the stuff you all PM'ed us about Donna!!! :earseek: :scared1:

Great picture Carol. I agree, the BF is cute but Sarah is cuter!

Mike - great letter. Learning new things about you every day! :p

Field day was very wet....I said that someone up there must be trying to tell the league that they didn't play fair this season. ;) Matt came home with 3 trophies....one for his team being runner-up in the regular season...one for playing on a tournament team.....and the final one for his last year in the league. The sportsmanship trophy went to a very deserving player, a great kid we've known since the first year Matt played. They made a great choice with that one. There was no sign of a dunk tank so I'm guessing Dick paid off someone to eliminate it! :p

We're getting an aquarium set up for Matt's room so we can get some fish for it next week. I really want some ice cream but I'm not sure it's in the cards for tonight. :(

Merry, that sounds like a great idea with the tomatos. When I was at my dad's last night he was saying that his should be ready this week. So hopefully when I get back I can get some and make some pasta sauce to freeze.

Gail, congrats to Matt on his three trophies! I do hope you get your ice cream though. That sounds very good.

Well, it is official... I am all packed. Tomorrow I'll get up at about 4-4:30 and I'll head to the airport by about 5 am for my 7 am flight. Double checked that and all is set to go on it as well. If I were smart, I would head to bed now, but I doubt I will for a couple of hours. Just waiting on my cell phone to finish charging up and I'll have nothing left to do.

Gail, I'm glad Dick didn't make sure his son got the high honors. Sounds like Matt did quite well. Tell him I said congratulations. Hope you get your ice cream. I'd join you but I'm too full. Allen grilled hamburgers for dinner and I had popcorn at the movie.

E, sounds like you are ready. Maybe if you don't go to bed early you can sleep on the plane?

Merry, I was half thinking that actually. I kind of hope to sleep a while on the plane... if anything for it to go by quicker.

But I am going to sign off now. I might check in quickly when I double check my flight status tomorrow. But I am heading upstairs now to relax.

Good night y'all :)

LK...welcome back, glad you survived

E..have a wonderful trip

As for me, I worked at Disney 11-2 (they sprung me early since we were slow and short on hours). I went straight to the scrapbook store, workd there until 7:30, went out for dinner and am finally home.

Tomorrow I am working Disney 11-3, then I have to go order the cake for Sam's birthday party....YIKES, the party is in a week and I dont have a plan let alone a 'company clean' house.

Night all :wave2:

HI everyone,

just checking in and I wanted to tell E! to have a safe and fun trip , I'll miss you ::yes::

I might be back later but I'm not feeling well, if not I'll catch the rest of you crazy
animal47.gif
's later. ;)

Have a safe and magical journey E!!!!

Sorry you have a crazy day again tomorrow Bethany.

Feel better soon Star.

Lew & Matt went out to get us all some ice cream. I stayed home and finished Matt's aquarium. It should be ready for fish early next week. While I was working on it EB started to complain that her throat felt like something was stuck in it. SHe's also had a hoarse voice, but not all the time. I took a look in her throat and her tonsils are huge! :earseek: Other than feeling a bit punk she's really had no sore throat or no fever. I think I'll see which doctor is on call tomorrow and if it's practical I'll take her to be checked out.

Time for bed. :wave2:

Hi Everyone:wave2:
We just got in from Euchre night.....had some wine......played some cards.....talked with friends.......good time all around:D

Nevertheless, I'd see a doctor now! Sure she looks innocent enough at the beginning but the punk factor can slowly creep in.

Alas, it may already be too late for Star....

(But I do hope both EB and Star feel better soon)

Congrats to Matt and Mom who survived the season!

Hope EB can see a doctor tomorrow. Swollen tonsils are not fun. Glad you got your ice cream, too.

Star, hope you feel better tomorrow.

How are you feeling, Bethany? Sorry you have to work again tomorrow. A birthday coming up in a week? You ARE busy! I'm sure it will all come together.

E, be sure to tell Mickey hi for me, okay? Have a safe trip.

Amy and I had my mom over tonight while the guys went to an arena football game. Mom had never seen The Princess Diaries, so we watched it. Now she wants to see the new one when it comes out. Amy loves the Princess Diaries books and has read them all, so she was thrilled that Mam-maw liked it.

The microwave that Allen fixed yesterday. . . it died this morning when David fixed oatmeal for breakfast. So we went out and bought a microwave to replace it. It should arrive on Wednesday. Now the oven is acting up. I'm almost afraid to have the repairman out. Allen can't work on the oven and I'm scared we'll have to replace it too. Maybe I just need a new kitchen? Anyway, guess I'll get by until next payday with the crazy, undependable oven since we've replaced two appliances this month. What's next?

I better head to bed. Church is tomorrow. I'll check in before if I get moving in time. Goodnight!

:wave2: Just checking in before I leave. Both flights are on time and both planes supposedly are at the gate (yay) and lazy me is very happy that the arrival/departure gates in Cincy are right next to each other :p

I'll probably check in now and then at DL... but just in case... have a wonderful week y'all :)

Morning! Waiting for the patient to wake up to see how she is. She slept all night so that's a good sign things aren't any worse.

Good morning everyone.

Sarah is on her way back to camp. She is a whirlwind while she is home.

EB and Star, I hope you are both feeling better today.

Lars, glad you had fun last night.

Gail, glad to hear about Matt's awards.

SB, I hope you get your pool soon.

I had several people no show or cancel working their shifts at the fair already. Ended up there for 5 hours yesterday even though I wasn't scheduled. Able to talk someone else into covering another shift. I am not scheduled today and hope it stays that way.

Trying to decide if Iam going to church or not today.
