Lorraine, I do give you a lot of credit because I would have thought someone would have suggested that by now but didn't. However, I can say with all honesty she is real and that is her. Trust me, over time you will see that while the similarities can be frightening (hey it has been 20 years!) she is unique in her own right.

Going to get my haircut today, then I have to stop at the magistrate's to drop off paperwork for work. DH took the day off to do more clean up work from the pool.

Good morniing all

A friend from the AOL scrapbook boards is in town for a convention, so I took her on a whirlwind driving tour of Chicago . She had forgotten her camera, so she snapped most of these while I was driving. It cracked me up to see what fascinated her....trees, grass, sidewalks, brick buildings, tall buildings, actual water in the river, LOL. She said things in SanDiego are very dry. Color me clueless, but I was surprised to learn SD is actually a desert area. I always assumed it was a lush coastal town.
I also took her to Ed Debevics....for those that dont know it, it is a 50's themed restaraunt. The wait staff dresses up (last night there was a Mousketeer, Marylin Monroe, a bowler and a couple others) and they are very loud and rude.
Anyway, we had a very fun evening.

Todays plan is bowling and the library. The weather has cooled off a bit, it was very hot the past couple days. It looks like it might only be about 80 today.

Love the picture of BB and her friend. Also Cami's niece. She's a cutie. And Meg's picture made me LOL. That girl has carisma!

I'm enjoying the new computer. It's nice to be in the living room again. Just wish everything was loaded. Allen does all the loading because he likes to put them where he wants them to be, etc. So it's slow only putting things back on in the evening. But I am not complaining. Things are much better than they were before.

Well, I know what I was doing 20 years ago today. How about you? It's our 20th anniversary today. Time sure flies.
