Marsha, I too thought of a Catholic priest and didn't think he would have a son. I wondered if it was two different brothers of yours and he was performing the ceremony for his nephew. I hope you don't think I was being disrespectful. I really wasn't, it was just confusing. I think it is nice that he is able to perform the wedding ceremony for his son.
Now, back to that blasted riddle.
No disrespect here! We never have figured out how it happened. In our family, to have a priest. All of his sisters call him that the the other reference to our father, well that's really our dad, when he died the joke became "our father who are possibly in heaven". He wasn't with out sin, for sure! Me, I am pretty much a heritic, my brother continually urges me to attend his church to "Shke them up" (his congregation). One time I did, with my youngest sister, when he introduced us, you could hear the gasp! No one knew he had any family. Oh well, we just take it as it comes.
Now I still have to decide if I am going. My younger sister, the rich one says it will cost 500 for the weekend, and she just had her basement finished (with the commission from selling my youngest sisters townhouse and the commish from acting as buyers agent when same sis bought her new house) and doesn't have any discressionary cash. She lives in anover 1 million dollar home in Oakton, VA, she is the self centered selfish sister. Youngest sister won't go either, she doesn't have the $ because she just bought the new house. So that leaves me, my older sister and my oldest sister and my mother. My mother is not his (brother's) mother, my father was married prior, so he is my half brother. My oldest sister is his full sister, my half sister. And their mother lives in Texas, I imagine she will attend. I have never met her.
OK,now who is confused? Lou, darling, I know you are talking, but I can't read it. What did I tell you in chat last night?
