We never got anything from IPO, like the planning papers, so I emailed them to let them know of our plans. They still never asked anything of our plans. I emailed them a couple days later to say we aren't taking ME anymore and to add a request to our reservation. They said they took care of it and noted it. I called reservations the next day to see if any main bldg rooms opened up for the whole stay, and they went to confirm our details...none of it was noted or taken care of.

So...DH and I were just talking and if there is either FD or a room discount that comes out for our May dates, we will change to the

BEACH CLUB!!!

Asked DH what he would rather spend $1000 on....another trip (SWW) or CL for April trip....he said CL!!!!!

Now, I'm all sorts of confused. I really liked CL, but I think DH really LOVED it!!!
I don't know what to do. I'm still thinking.

If I chose CL, I would do it at YC....and I think we would probably get more use out of it in April, because of the location and our lack of the DDP for this trip.....

Being in the Epcot area for flower and garden festival will be awesome...did you see the theme??? Looks amazing!!! And with so many play areas for the kids AND food and wine type booths going on...I think it's going to be awesome!!!

I know!!!! But I can't say we did too bad. After Aprils trip, we will have gotten 22 Disney days out of those bad boys, and I'm pretty happy about that.

Hmmm very true . I still say...we have never experienced this 'hold' that CL has over people....and yet still find it intriguing!! Sounds like you and DH have more to discuss!

Ugh! It's so frustrating, the whole CL thing. Really, for us, it's all about paying a lot more to feel extra pampered....because we did feel super pampered...

The food was yummy, when we were around to eat it, and DH definitely liked being able to go to the fridge and grab a beer whenever....it was nice when the kids were like...I'm hungry, or I'm thirsty, to go to the lounge and grab something and not have to whip out the wallet....we liked that on a couple of rainy afternoons, we stayed in and borrowed some DVDs from the CL desk and snuggled up to watch....I loved that we could hang out there during the day when we were waiting for our ME time....

Ok....I totally get what DH loved....plus, if I book SWW....DH might put his foot down on 2014...and I NEED 2014.....DWARVES MINE!!!!

I am such a hot mess right now!!! I am totally panicking!!!

Candace: I'm sticking with my two-trips vote! Even though I haven't stayed at WL, from Kook's thread and all the pictures I've seen of CL there, I think YC might be a bit of a let-down. That's just my two cents, of course.

Jen: YEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEAH! Seriously?! If you guys stay there, you can just count on adding another favourite to your list. Love the Epcot area -- so much to do for kids and adults. Your girls are going to go gaga over the pool.

Yeah baby!!! DH just remarked that 'hey isn't that where both of your friends were staying when we met them??" Um....yes dear....where have you been????

No really, I am just stoked because this was basically his idea!! I may have performed some reverse resort pyschology on him, but hey it's all good!

I agree with both points.

There is something about YC CL that just doesn't wow me like some of the others. It is a nice perk, but I'm not sure we will use it much. Being so close to Epcot we like to eat there... a LOT!

And Jenny, BC is just beautiful! You will love it! Come on discounts!
