Well, I cant wait for the wedding to be over with so I can stop this stress eating!

I ate a cookie last night, and while I was eating it, I was telling myself that I shouldnt be eating it. But did I throw it out? No
Dumb, dumb dumb!!!

And I didnt get to go to the gym, since I had to work 1.5 hours late last night. Hopefully I will be able to get off early today, since we have a million things to get done before tomorrow. The good news, I tried on my dress and it still looks nice, so no harm done. Also, my weight is the same but I need to stop snacking when I am not even hungry! I can find some positive I grabbed the bag of cashews twice then put them away without eating a single one!

So I did better than I could have I guess

Karyn, I'm sure I will have a blast. As soon as the ceremony is over and I have a glass of champagne in my hand, I will be stress-free. We are doing a mini honeymoon in Vegas for a couple days after Christmas. Next year we are going on a
Disney cruise (w/kids) in March and a Norwegian cruise (no kids) in November, so that will be a belated honeymoon. But I always wanted to go to Fiji and/or Tahiti, so I told DF he owes me one...
I buy Rozoni wheat pasta and Barilla also makes a whole grain one. Both are great with lots of fiber. I can't tell the difference in taste.
