Thanks Anna and Jamie! My luck did hold, sixth straight week with a loss (2. pounds down this week to be exact). So I got my 30 pound star and then some!

I was very happy. I have so far lost 12 pounds in the last six weeks and really wish I could keep this up until our trip in 11 weeks. If I do I could have 50 pounds off by then. But, I am getting ahead of myself I guess! I am going to log in my food even though I have not eaten dinner yet but hopefully will stay on target.
Breakfast: 1 point bar (1)
Lunch: Lean Cuisine (4), parm cheese (1)
Snack #1: Mr. Crisper's (2)
Snack #2: Skinny Cow (3)
Dinner: Grilled chicken sausage (5), salad (2), pasta (6) Coors Light (2)
Total: 26
I really need to start eating more fruit. I am doing well on the veggies but would like to have more fruit as well. I also need to bump up my water a bit, I have been only getting about 48-64 oz. I really feel better when I drink more.
DD and I are going out of town for one night this weekend. Her friend and her mom (who is my friend) invited us to go up to the hot springs to celebrate dd's friend's bday. I am excited but also wary of going hog wild with food and drinks! But its only one night and I am determined to have enough flex points available to hold it together. These past six weeks have been good to motivate me using my flex points wisely. I have gotten happily used to losing each week and dont' want to stop now. I am also starting to really think about how I am going to survive a two week vacation in June (
Disneyland, San Diego and L.A.). I did well last year in DL but was only gone a week. I just know I need to come up with a game plan and stick to it!
