Amex offer-$30 off $100 at Target or Walmart--can use 5x

Apparently, I spend too much money at Target. I have two Amex cards and the offer showed up on both..

I don't think that has anything to do with it! I don't spend much money at Target, and got the offer on my Blue Cash card but not the Costco one.

Used the offer at Target on Friday. Received an email confirming my use of offer that day. I just checked my statement online and it already shows a $30.00 credit. I bought some small merchandise but also a gift card and it worked!
