It depends on what TYPE of Disney songs... if they run the whole genre of old and new or if it say only certain years like 1950-1980 Disney songs.. (just picking a random set of years)

If they don't put a limit, I can bet you will see Hannah/Miley songs -- there is a tie in with Alison and Miley, Jonas Brothers songs (for anyone who needs/wants the teen vote), same with HSM franchise, but that whole franchise has fizzled in popularity.

If they say only animated features produced from 1940-to say pre Little Mermaid, it could tank and tank BADLY....

Alladin has some good songs, same with Lion King. It does give you a chance to perform over the top songs... However, some of the dearthly woe is me until my prince comes to save me songs won't really work with a mostly MALE contestant base.

If it is a wide genre base, it could get interesting. If it is limited--say only songs Disney OWNS it could be bad. There are a lot of secondary songs such as Life as a Highway that may or may not be released.

With possibly only one female contestant left -see I'm betting for Lil to leave tonight, I doubt they will restrict it to say Snow White or Cinderella..

Tarzan is a Phil Collins album, so strong male appeal.
Lion King is interesting and could work.

Someone could sing the Donny Osmond song from Mulan.

Do you think Life is a Highway would be included? I wonder if Disney has any rights to the song or if it's still all under Tom Cochran? His version was SO much better than the Rascal Flatts, they were so whiny!

My DD's 16 and 19 plus one 22 year old boyfriend all like him and they do not like Adam at all. Like I said last night my 19 year old leaves the room when he sings because he creeps her out and as she said "he gives off a really bad bad vibe" Not sure what she means by that but something about him from the auditions on just really bothers her. And it is not the lifestyle choice at all.


They like the last place person and they like Anoop. They also liked Alexis a lot.

None of them will go over to Adams side.

My kids (20 and 23 and the boyfriend and girlfriend) all like Adam, Matt, Allison and Kris. They all loved Adam's performance last night. However, they like Lady Gaga too.

Someone also suggested God Help the Outcasts from the Hunchback of Notre Dame that would be great for Adam.
