Conceited is a dot to him, he passed it a long time ago.

Well I finally caught up and watched the guys from last night. It was a little better than last week, but I still don't see anyone standing out. If I had to pick 2 to go home it would be John and Jermaine.

Aren't most "rock stars" a bit full of themselves? For me it goes along with the job description.

I thought it was way too slow..then I started thinking I didn't remember the song all that much.

That sucks. If the music wasn't allowed to be changed up we wouldn't have gotten a lot of the great songs from David Cook that we got. I still listen to them.

well you know there's a thin line between confident and cocky....and idk, he's always seemed towards the cocky side of things.

I like Creed but this is awful. BLECH.

But the judges are eating it up. Randy maybe but the gals were. Simon liked it too.

The judges are idiots. She stunk. She was no less karaoke than the others they complained about. And a wedding dress over leggings looks stupid.

Bad part is he is SUPER talented. I mean, SUPER talented. Absolutely deserves success based on talent alone. His Dad is talented and a well respected musician, has played with James Brown and all kinds of people. But not a jerk, you know? Awesome guy. The son, not so much.

not all of them. a lot of them are, but not all of them. but for someone who didn't even come close to winning a singing competition that he was in, he's a bit too full of himself for my tastes....

yet again i didn't even know what song it was until she got close to the chorus and i went "ohh...ok....yuk" lol

I don't think he seems all that bad, either. I mean, it's so hard to know what these guys are like in real life. I've known tons of people who appeared to be great on the surface, but turned out to be real buttholes once you got to know them. So, who knows?

Some people just need to be whocked upside the head with his fav guitar to perhaps get the point across.... Wonder if he thinks he can get with going on his father's laurels and that's making him act conceited and full of it... I'm S0-AND-SO'S SON, LOOK AT ME!!! Rather than just doing it all on his own....

Well, it's not like I'm hanging out with Sting or anything. But I do know some very successful touring musicians. And I used to hang out with some bigger bands from Raleigh when Punk and Metal were more in fashion. And I've known a bunch that were, and a bunch that weren't. I don't think you have to be a jerk and conceited to make it big.
