What a horrible thing for the Star to print. And what a "peach" of a step dad he must have.


Anyhow, I'm guessing that part of James having the diagnosis he does goes back to that time in his life and that he as an adult has a better grip on things. Very typical for the Star and most gossip mags to post a headline to sensationalize the story which is really a non story now.

Ughh. I can't stand Haley...she seems like a real snot. Ughh. I don't think James is great but I like him better than her.

yep...when James began singing and Scotty and Lauren were looking at him, giving him his final moment, Haley was smiling right into the camera making sure she was in focus. Again, all about her. Her town is about 20 miles from me, and they aren't even hosting her homecoming, (claiming cost reasons) at least according to the town of Wheeling where she is from. She will be singing at the race track nearby. Well, I guess I am pulling for Lauren..she sang the crap out of Haley in their duet tonight...and Lauren didn't have to have a hissy fit to get her votes.

Not the right top three in my opinion. I truly think something fishy is going on this year. I think I may be done with the show.

I don't care for Scotty's mike holding either. Mostly I'm more focused visually on the computer and primarily listen to Idol.



Seems like it.

Scottys are a dime a dozen in Nashville. He hasn't upped his game, period. And, hearing the "judges" compare him to Johnny Cash, George Strait, Elvis, etc...BLASPHEMY. Ugh!!!..sends me over the edge. What are they smoking? They KNOW better!!

I think overpimping of a contestant never does them any favours. And bashing tends to have an opposite effect. You'd think Randy would have learned that after all these years.

I would have liked Lauren to go this week and James next week but I think the results are pretty good.

My great niece will be going there next year!! She's only 16 and I'm happy she's staying close to home but I'm worried because she is SOOO young (in personality, not just age).

I love it! I'm half in the RIM program with my PR major. The campus is huge and on nice days it's nice to sit outside. What is she going to being studying?
