I have the order in my cart with the JILLOFFER listed but the price is the same the next button will submit my order but how do I know I got the discount?

I think it was a limited time offer ( like amazon lightning deals), perhaps the
discount is no longer valid. From what I read it was supposed to go live at 9:00 an EST, but when i went to another deal site they indicated that it was live so I ordered just before 8:00 CST and got an email in a minute or two.

I have never seen anything discounted this much at AG so I hope you can get in on thew deal.

It needs to show it as $50 to get the offer. I think it might be sold out.

Anyone get a confirmation email yet? I remember it took a while on Cyber Monday, but I'm still nervous. I ordered (hopefully) Marie-Grace for my DD & niece. I have a confirmation # but it sold out moments later..hoping it wasn't too good to be true.

I ordered Marie-Grace, first and got an email right away. I went back about 30 min. later to get Cecile and I just got that confirmation. It took about and hour to show up in my AG account, and then I got the email right after.

Yep, it appears to be dead...... I canceled the order and went back in and now there was no place to add the coupon code..... It's meant to be then!

Call AG. I had the exact same situation so I left it in my cart and called them. I explained the situation and they gave me the jilloffer discount. Good luck!

I haven't received an e-mail yet either and the AG Customer Service line is busy. I did print my confirmation so I guess I have proof of purchase. I hope they don't cancel it.

Yay! I found my order on their website and printed it then I got confirmation email a minute ago.

Thanks for posting this. Dd just asked me yesterday for a new ag doll for Christmas. Was able to get her Marie Grace. Got an email about 10mins after ordering and my account has been charged already. So excited!

Just wanted to add that I managed to get through to American Girl and my order is in the system as "Booked", which means my order went through.

They said their system is bogged down from the special, but if you received a confirmation at the end of your order, you should receive an order.

Target My Generation is hit or miss. We've found a lot of the shoes don't fit, and sometimes the clothing is too snug.

If you don't mind second hand there are lots on ebay, or there's home made outfits on Etsy that can be more beautiful that AG's stuff.

My sister mentioned Joann Fabrics and I looked up their selection. Very reasonably priced, any experience with those?
