Called the CC company today and they said the charges are still listed as pending, so it may just take a day or two.

I don't know why this would make AG's website say I have no orders, but whatever.

I would think if you have the confirmation email with an order number you should be ok....I would call though just to be sure

Still waiting for my shipping confirmation....driving me crazy and making me nervous since they are gifts for my daughters and nieces!!

I tried calling them and a voice message says that due to call volumes and wait times they are unable to assist me and please try to call back later.

However, looking at my email confirmation it does specify that once the payment is processed, the order will be sent.

So, if my CC company says the order is pending, I suppose that is why I see no recent orders in my account on AmericanGirl.com. You would think you would still see what you ordered, but I will just wait at this time as there is nothing else I can do.

I don't mind waiting because I don't need the doll until next year. I'm just hoping I receive her at such a great price!

I stand corrected! Box was huge but it just contained the bed...package said box 2 of 2 so I wonder where box 1 is???? The bed is absolutely GORGEOUS btw much bigger than I thought. Still waiting for the doll now...

My boxes just arrived! I didn't get my shipping notification until last night, but the tracking information had been posted on the AG website since Tuesday afternoon. That is the fastest I have ever gotten an order from them! (I do live in the Midwest though - so the packages don't have a super far distance to travel from Wisconsin!).

Thanks. My tracker says my info has been sent to the post office today ,so I guess that means it is going that route. UGH

Fed Ex Ground but when I check the tracking online for the doll it says smartpost so for some reason they shipped them differently.

Did you order the bed? I was surprised it didn't come in an AG box....then again I've never actually ordered furniture from them before only dolls. Well one less thing to wrap lol!

What inexpensive brand clothes seem to fit AG dolls best? I can't afford to buy outfits at $30 each.

Check Craigslist! I am getting a huge lot of clothes and accessories for $80 tomorrow.

My credit card shows pending too. I have not received a shipping notification yet. I also purchased at 9:19am. I tried to log in online but it says my email is invalid (funny they sent me an email of order confirmation). I emailed and the auto response said that , We will respond as soon as possible, depending on volume.

Update: I did get through on the phone this evening.

Here is what I did: I placed the orders BEFORE creating a user name and password, I placed my order as a guest. SO, the order I placed is under "guest" and not my user name/password that I created after the order.

So, all is well. She said my order has been officially place and payment has gone through and so I am all set.
