Same here didn't get the email but when I look at americangirl.com it says shipped but not track able?

Mine said the same thing yesterday and I didn't get a shipped email until this morning. But the doll and bed showed up this afternoon through some shipper (one of those extra drivers using a rental truck).

Did you order the bed? I was surprised it didn't come in an AG box....then again I've never actually ordered furniture from them before only dolls. Well one less thing to wrap lol!

I did get the bed - I was also surprised there was no outer box. Oh well - I contemplated putting it together, but I ended up just wrapping the box. And I was so excited because I got 2 packages from FedEx (DH got them at the door) - when I went to open them to wrap them, one was from Wal-Mart and I only got the bed via regular FedEx. The dolls are coming via FedEx SmartPost. Oh well, they should be here in a few days!

I got the bed as well and I didn't realize that was all that was in the box! And I offered up the doll to a friend who missed out so I'm kind of embarrassed about not even looking in the box before making the offer. The tracking says the doll and I guess the book is coming in 2 packages under the fedex smartpost system and due here on Monday. I'm not sure if that means it gets to the PO on Monday or arrives to me on Monday.

I ended up calling Fed Ex because of a strange e-mail saying that my shipment was unable to be delivered and they said it would arrive tomorrow! I told them to hold it and deliver it on Monday/Tuesday. Why you ask? Because DD can read the box AND DH would have a mini cow seeing yet another AG box I wanna see!!!

***BTW, is the bed already assembled?

No it's not. The box says some assembly required and includes a wrench to do so.

Thank you! Just got the email this morning and I tracked it and it's in WI somewhere. It's shows a delivery date of 12/11 can't wait!!
My daughter will be very excited since she has not asked for an AG doll. I gave her the catalogue yesterday to look at and I asked her which doll she liked. She said she liked the itty babies. LOL.

What did the box for the bed look like? Does it have AG on it anywhere? Just want to make sure that it's not obvious when it arrives.

Got a box yesterday! Haven't opened it yet bc DD was home; from the email I got looks like another box is coming. I'm assuming this is the bed...?!

It's just a brown box; I think it says American Girl in tiny print on the return address but that's it. Very discreet

I got shipping notification today on the doll that I don't need. LOL.

I just had to have her though. She is too cute!

According to the AG website my order for the bed says in progress but I got the bed today through the mail My doll says shipped but not trackable. I am happy.

I have not received a shipping confirmation email just the confirmation of order.

My daughter will be thrilled since I NEVER buy the furniture since it is so expensive but couldn't pass up this deal. A doll and the bed for that price is amazing. I have been buying AG since my oldest (30) was young so I am beyond shocked that they offered this special. We still have all the dolls and they will get passed down to my granddaughter in a few years. The quality is amazing.
