American Express offers

I had read on this forum a bit ago about using the amex offers to save. With Mother's day around the corner I was in a pinch to send flowers and saved 25% using the amex offer.

I found this one which is very good for Itunes:
Spend a total of $5 or more on iTunes using your enrolled American Express Card by 5/31/14 and get a one-time $5 statement credit.

If you have an amex it is basically free $5 of Itunes.

I love these offers. I've saved $205 since Thanksgiving using them. About $100 was on a BP offer that you could use more than once.

What was the BP offer, and how do you usually find out about these things?

Teller, log in and go to the "My Account" click and then to the far right will be offers. They list them and you can save them to be used before the expire date.

I don't use my Amex often but I like to save $$ when I can.

Get a one-time $5 statement credit by using your enrolled Card to make a single qualifying purchase of $30 or more at the pump at any BP station by 5/31/2014. Offer not valid at convenience stores.

What was the BP offer, and how do you usually find out about these things?

The BP one they had around Thanksgiving was $5 off $30 and you could use it over and over again. Every time I needed 8 gallons of gas I filled up.

Other good ones I got were $25 off $75 at Amazon, $25 off $100 at Staples (bought Amazon gift cards), $25 off $250 at Best Buy (bought my son's birthday gift) and $15 off some amount at Costco.com (bought Costco gift cards). I only use these to buy things I would buy otherwise.

Oh, and $10 off $50 at Lowes--bought flowers for my front porch and a small flower bed.

We have two AMEX cards through Delta and Costco and I never knew about this. Thanks for posting this.

You can view the offers and add them to your card through Facebook too. I think you can do it on twitter also but I don't use twitter. Slick deals has a thread about the Amex offers.

That really is one of the better disney gift card deals around.
