Yeah, I wouldn't have been too sad to see the country girls go home, either.

Why should that incur a penalty? It's a race, you're not supposed to be nice and make friends all the time. The penalty is designed so if they instead threw nails out their window that caused the other team's cab to get a flat tire -- THAT would get a penalty. If every time a team lied to another, there would be nothing but penalties.

EXACTLY. Every season there's at least one team who lies to another team to get ahead. Afghanimals did on their season - they u-turned someone and then said they didn't (trying to throw the blame and heat elsewhere). Remember the time the Twinnies stole the Rockers' money? THAT was low and really deserved penalties.

Keep in mind that even though Dave and Connor told their driver to give bad directions, we don't know if the driver complied with the request.

I wasn't sorry to see the team go that went home last night, never cared much for them.

I do think it shouldn't be allowed to give the answer to another team though, as the one team gave the answer of the steps thing to the team that went home. I'm glad the given answer didn't help them to come in ahead of the globetrotter guys, so at least they didn't gain anything. To give a clue is one thing, but to give the answer outright I just don't think it should be allowed.

I find it kind of hilarious that by trying to help both teams, Jamal wound up putting a nail in the coffin of one. If he hadn't helped, whoever went would have been entirely up to individual team's efforts.

Count me in as one who thinks Connor is ok, but his dad is kind of a jerk. I didn't like that team on their original season, but it's clear to me now that it's just the dad who is the problem.

I think giving the answers actually helped the Globetrotters, not the other team. He was totally lost on what to do and had no clue he had to find the year on the statue, and add that to the number of steps. The other team looked like they were getting what to do and just had to do it. I'd also like to see a no helping rule as well.

If they would not has been given the answer the globetrotters would have been eliminated.

I really liked Connor and Da first time around. I still like them but I can't see why they were upset with Rachel, they were racing for the top spot.
This is the first time my kids and I like all the teams remaining.

I kind of wish they had a no helping rule too. It does not seem fair to just be handed the answer without doing any of the work.

And Rachal did point and say something to the effect it was that way. I mean I suppose she could have given a detailed description. But that would have taken longer than just pointing the right direction.

I agree with everything but the "no helping rule" - I see that as is this a chance the helper team is willing to take? It could very well backfire on them.

Ugh when that last team showed up and FT was just counting the steps and submitting that as his answer... I literally kept shouting at the tv "Flight Time!! Read the damned CLUE!!!!!!!!"

I didn't like that the Country Singers walked up to the challenge and were like, "we can work together!" They gave up before they even started!

I don't particularly care if teams help each other out, but when they chose not to, it's good to remember that it is a Race!

I don't think they should have a rule where teams can't help each other. Sometimes, that "helping" can bite them in the butt.

If the "animals" got just a little lost, the trotters and otherteamwhosnameIcan'tremember could have easily beat them to the mat causing the "animals" to be eliminated. As it stands, the last 3 teams will be leaving within minutes of each other. In this game, minutes can make a difference of elimination or not. If they hadn't given them the answer, both teams would have been at the challenge for some time.

I thought it was nice of Leo and Jamal to help the other teams. They thought that the country singers were still behind, I bet they wouldn't have helped if they knew that the girls had already checked in. They probably won't help that much again. I was nervous that they were going to get eliminated, sorry but I love them and the cowboys.
