What was the deal with Flo & Zach not being able to fly business class? Is that part of the rules or something?

I thought it was funny that on the Early Show Flo said she didn't want to end up like Ian, but SHE ALREADY IS!!!!

yes the show pays for the plane tickets so they are only allowed to fly economy class. i guess it keeps it more fair.

I really feel Happy for Zach, he is SUCH a Saint! To put UP with Flo, Accckk! I LOVE this show, and missed the first one, so started watching last season, in the middle, and LOVED it! Better than Survivor in my opinion!

I agree Poohbear123! I think Survivor is going downhill unless we just got stuck with a bad group of castaways this year. I think Amazing Race is soooo much better than Survivor's best season! I cannot wait until the next AR!!

Can the teams be given upgrades by the airline if they don't actually ask for them or pay for them themselves? I may be wrong but I seem to remember a team in one of the previous shows being given a business class upgrade and using it

Yes you and luckymommyx2 are correct. Danny and Oswald were upgrade to FIRST CLASS in one of their legs!

some teams do get upgraded plane tickets but it is only allowed if they don't have to pay for the upgrade.
