I agree with you all that Ian seemed a little nicer but I found it condescending to the Vietnamese people him always saying #1 taxi driver, #1 direction giver or whatever he was referring to.

Ken and Gerard have been my favorite since episode one. I love the way they scurry about and kid around with each other and the kicking up of the heels made me LOL.

The doublemint twins are GONE! I also want Ken and Gerard to win, but am hoping for Teri.....yep, just Teri to win.

I couldn't decide who I wanted between the twins and o brother but now I want o brother, as much as I don't want Teri and Ian to win I would much rather see them win than Flo and Zach. Maybe Zach and Teri should team up and dump Ian and Flo.

OMG! I don't know how much more of Flo's whining I can take?? Man, she never stops! I honestly don't know how Zach can stand her?? I hope that they get eliminated next week! Ick!

I thought Ian was nice to Terry, but I agree, it is because they were in the lead most of the time!

I am also rooting for Team "Oh Brother"...they are cool!

I just found out that the season finale of Amazing Race will be pre-empted in the Pittsburgh area for the annual Children's Hospital Telethon!

Now I will have to wait until some god-forsaken time (like 3:30 am on a Thursday night!) to tape it so I can see it. As if that isn't bad enough, our Christmas party at work is during the Survivor finale this week! Ya know, I wish people would take into account the reality TV addicts when they plan these things.

I guess I'll have to stay off of these threads at the end of the week so I don't hear the finale spoilers.

Go "O Brother"! Run like there's a big box of Krispy Kremes at the finish line!

no way! they can't be shortening am3. just for the children's hospital teleton. can't they move the teleton to a different day/time? how can they do that to us. hopefully it will change by wednesday.

I just found out that UPN 19 will be airing the Amazing Race instead of KDKA! Yippee!

I think that I want O Brother to win, but I wouldn't be upset if Teri and Ian won because it is nice to see an older couple (I know they aren't that old, but older compared to most people on reality shows)win because most people over 40 are out at the beginning and it would be nice for them to win. Just as long as Flo andd Zach don't win.

I like Zach OK (although his hair & headband annoy me!). Flo has been shown berating Zach constantly, & whining a lot. Of course, the editing may be showing her in a poor light for a reason (?)

And, I'm jealous - I've been dying for a Krispy Kreme for a couple of weeks and haven't been down to Cranberry. Hopefully the weather will hold and we're going to Oglebay over the weekend and I can do a donut run then!!

What a disappointment that would have been! I'm glad I checked the TV listings for this week.
Let me know how you enjoyed Oglebay. I've always wanted to go down and see their lights. We liked the lights at Hartwood Acres. I'll try and leave a few dozen Krispy Kremes for you!

Regarding Flo and Zach, I would like to root for Zach, but Flo has been so constantly whiny and mean to him, so I don't really want her to win. I didn't like how she gave up on him a few episodes ago and was dragging her feet instead of bicycling and pedaling hard on the boat. I hate to admit that Teri and Ian don't seem to be as annoying lately, but I really don't like how he treats her. (Hmmm, this must be how Will (with Tara) from AM2 will turn out in a few years!) O Brother makes me laugh, so they are my choice for #1.

In the December 23-29 issue of TV Guide (got mine in the mail today) The Amazing Race is their pick for Best Reality Show! There is a picture of Ken and Gerard with the short article.

We went to Hartwood Acres last year and really enjoyed it. We've never done Oglebay and want to check it out.
Krispy Kreme is definitely calling my name (or is that my thighs! )

I saw later last night on KDKA that AR is not on until 9:00 pm, so hopefully Scouts will be over and I will have time to beat it back home before the show starts!

I am rooting for O' Brother!
