Thanks Doe and Meme for stopping by! Susan's adoption is going great they are officially "logged in" at China - which means they have received all the paperwork. Unfortunantly for them May was a big month for log-ins which means that they might have a longer wait then usual to get their referral. They are currently shopping for baby furniture

Yesterday was a good day which is saying alot because it had the potential for disaster.

Things at my job as many of you know has not been good - yesterday was no different. But I managed to stay on plan, and I feel better because of it. I am extremely tired and I crashed last night. I slept through my alarm this morning so no Curves for me today. I wish I could say I feel more rested after my crash - but I don't.
I earned

for food, rest day, and vitamins. I only got in 6 glasses of water.
Today's plan:
Exercise - I working a 12 hour shift today so no exercise for me!
Water: 8 cups so far 4/8 - need to get going on this.
Vitamins: I'll take them with breakfast

Food: 35 carbs or less
b: half an english muffin w/cream chese - 10 carbs
l: 2 eggs w/2 pieces of cheese - 4 carbs
d: I'm going to Subway. - 10 carbs
total: 24 carbs
My original plan was to go to Panera Bread for one of their salads - 35g of carbs! What the heck are they putting in their salads that gets the carbs so high. Which just proves you should always check the nutritional info before you eat! I decided instead to go to Subway and get a wrap!

edit 6:57pm - things are going well today, no real cravings and I am feeling much more confident. My Subway was really good and extremely filling so I'm glad I made that choice. I may reward myself witha treat when I get home. Then again,I may not. I will say my stomach is giving me some problems today that have not been fun.
