My blue flue is getting better, it is more of a sky blue now
Yesterday was a good day, not great but good. I only did 4/8 glasses of water, took my vitamins

, no exercise, and I was fine with food until dinner where I kept my bun on my cheeseburger.
Usually on Thursday we need go out to dinner with friends but we are going to skip it tonight. I need to get to Curves and workout. I tried on 3 pairs of pants yesterday that I love and while they "fit" they are not comfortable - so I moved them to the front of my closet where I will have to look at them everyday and I'm hoping to be inspired.
Todays plan:
Water - 8 glasses
Vitamins:
Exercise: Curves - 3 times around the circuit
Food:
b: eggs and sausage, diet Pepsi
l: Salad w/Chicken Strips and 8 oz. of skim milk
s: String Cheese
d: Seasoned Chicken Breast, steamed broccoli, and small salad.
s: fudgesicle.
