I'm having trouble finding a blue cake I like though.

Now THIS i really LOVE!!!! I think thats perfect!

For some reason the wedding pavillion can only handle certain colors.... then again i've seen some colors at SBP that i didn't like too. I think the atmosphere of the location is very important when picking colors. So I agree that you have to go by, not only what you like but what will compliment the enviornment.

I like this but I am always concerned when I find a cake I like but not in the exact colors. I really don't want to go to Disney and say I like this but in other colors. I remember Lurkyloo's cake ended up the wrong colors.

Oh I understand that, but I think if you give them fabric swatches or paint chips or something, they would try to match it as best they can.

Persoanly, I think a white cake, with the bright royal blue fabric ribbon around the bottom is simple, elegant, bold, and stunning. I will see if I can find a picture of what I am thinkign of in any color at least to show you......

I am sure if you liked this you could show them this cake and your colors very easily. This is such a simple elegant cake after a little search I am sure we could find exactly what you wanted too. I am at work so I picked one of the first things I found that was close to that I was thinking you may like.

You could even have them put a pink flower on top instead of white to pull in the other colors if you wanted more color on the cake.

Yes!! We can be the unofficial wedding planners. It looks like that cake has two colors of ribbon on it (I could be wrong). If that is so you could put the blue ribbon on top of the wider green ribbon. It would be a very simple and elegant cake with bright fun colors! Just another idea I'm throwing out there lol.

Ok and I have to throw this one in here because God I LOVE it for some reason!! This one has ribbon too. If you do a cake with ribbon you can pick out what ribbon you want on it so they can't screw up the color.

Love the blue and green with pink accents. Green and pink is one of my favorite color combos (how very Lilly Pulitzer of me!)

Also, I'm extremely jealous that you "jumped the queue" and booked your wedding early by switching to a Wishes wedding! Not fair...now I have to wait until mid-July alone.

Here is just a thought...If you bring your ribbon or other embellishments that you want on the cake you don't have to worry the bakery messing up your colors.

Also, I'm extremely jealous that you "jumped the queue" and booked your wedding early by switching to a Wishes wedding! Not fair...now I have to wait until mid-July alone.
