I'm glad you finally got through to them! I've only used them for park passes. Have a great vacation and I hope you get your requests!

We also use them for park passes and have for many years. Never any issues. We have dvc so never considered for hotels.

It has to do with the contracts. I know with Celebrity Cruises they have a move-up program where you can bid on moving up to a better cabin - but if you book with Costco or another big box agency you cannot participate because of the contracts between them and Celebrity.

I think that's common with Costco and other cruise lines that have a bid up option as well. NCL is another one I believe that you don;t get that option with a Costco booked cruise.

This isnt a UT thing....its using a TA to book your room. This would be the case with any TA you use.

I mistakenly booked a room without adding my 2 younger kids so it linked up as only 2 adults. When I called UT to try and correct it, they were super helpful in cancelling the original reservation and creating a new one with the correct number of guests.

We have been using UT for over a decade and have NEVER had 1 bad experience with them. I even ordered the wrong tickets at Universal once and they graciously exchanged them for the correct ones without penalty. And their customer service during covid was TOP NOTCH!
