Anyhoo!! Hooray for figuring out your colors and food! And double hooray for BW!!! DF and I are staying there for our honeymoon! You must take lots of pictures! So excited for you!

Ok a few mini-updates:

1) Green and blue it is. Lol df loves everything. He said that he liked the idea. He also mentioned green and yellow again, but I showed him a few inspiration boards and he liked the blue better.

2) We have filled out our PS packet. And our food tasting...suprisingly we are going with a buffet. Eric liked that idea better...so we are going with it. He liked that people will have a choice. We did agree on plated salads though.

3) Honeymoon!!! Here's the plan Arrive Monday, check in at Port Orleans French Quarter. Stay till Sunday when we will check in at the Boardwalk!! We are trying to rent points right now!!

Mandy...I think the Blue and Green will look gorgeous!!! and the buffet sounds like a nice idea, we didn't have a disney wedding, but did do a buffet for our reception...I liked the idea of giving the guests a wider choice of food.
and yay on decided on the hotels...you will have such a wonderful wedding and honeymoon!!

I know...I thought the same thing when I first started reading...I rarely come across someone spelled close, it is always "Carrie" or "Kerry" never the C and Y combo...I love it for being unique though

I loooove tackyweddings.com. Nothing makes me feel better about my awesome taste in wedding crap then looking at some of those ridiculous weddings.

Green and blue is a great choice. Very spring and fresh and clean (if that makes any sense?)

Yay for a buffet! I love buffets, but I think that is mostly because I like going back to seconds.

omg yes! It is amazing, that is if you get really good key lime pie...not like the one that my mom made where she added 2 cups of lime juice to give it more "flavor" and forgot to add more sugar to give it less "face puckering."

Your mission, if you chose to accept it, is to go find some key lime pie and revel in it's tastiness

We spent our honeymoon at the French Quarter!

OMG you girls are too funny!!

So I don't want to name names, but I contacted someone regarding a hair trial in September. In not so many words, they basically told me that I should sign a contract with them for my wedding NOW because they are so busy. I appreciate the suggestion, but really didn't like the way the email came off. The reason I am doing the trial is to see if I like them. I have short hair and sometimes hair stylists don't know how to style it in a formal way.

I think I will be looking else where. Any suggestions???

Make sure you bring lots of pics of what you are looking for and they will let you know what will and will not work for your hair and come up with somethign great.

I really was posting a joke..I search Key Lime wedding and that came up..I love green, but that canvas is ALL over the place!

I am going to go against the grain and say I think that blue table cloth is too dark..Are you using that for the dessert party? It just seems very dark compared to the light, fresh greens

Would that be the table linen for ALL of the tables? I think it might be a bit overwhelming since it's dark and sparkly. However, if you really want dark table cloths it's a nice color. Not so sure about the sparkle factor though.

I think I would go with more of cream linens (more neutral) and pizazz it up with the sashes and napkins in the greens or the blues. Remember you will have flowers and centerpieces so I think aving the blue linenes may be too much IMO. Personally I love a modern clean line with splashes of pretty color and I think the focus should on on the bride anyways

But that's me. If you love you go wiht what you like. The fun is in looking and trying to come up with the whole look!
