Am I missing something? Can't find my waitlist online.

I went to the member site today expecting to find my latest reservation details plus the one night I had a waitlist for, but found only the reservation with no mention of waitlist. Is this not something that's online or am I looking in the wrong place? Is the only way you know if a waitlist comes through is when another day pops up on your reservation?

Un-matched wait lists do not appear on the member website.

I just received a letter in the mail confirming my BWV studio came through. When I looked on the website it had changed the original reservation to the new one.

Just check the website, as they seem to list the new reservation right away, or as soon as possible. We just had our waitlist come through, and it was a few hours between checking, and it had been updated online.
