I am in too. 18 minutes was actually 25 which is not bad. I have read all the info online but I can not find what time MM starts on 1/20. Have I missed it? Does anyone know?

DAK closes at 6 pm, so MM will officially start at either 6:30 or 7 pm. Early entry should start by 4 pm. Final details will be emailed out a few days prior to the event date.
I love doing the AK one because it is so much earlier than the others. I don't stay up late, so it works best.
It's also a big park, so never seems crowded.
Very excited for this one! Took about 7 minutes total so we must have ended up with a really good random slot in the queue when the page refreshed. We LOVE AK at night which you rarely get to experience since the park closes so early. We're 2 for 2 now with Moonlight Magic. Did the Typhoon Lagoon one back in August 2022 which was a ton of fun!
My wife and I are empty nesters now and able to work remotely. Our vacations to WDW are so different compared to when we used to come with our 4 children. We love the After Hours events too. So chill compared to regular park hours. Sometimes we come just to relax at the resort and don't even step foot in a park. We'll be at Riviera for a "Work from DVC Home" trip in January. This will be our 3rd work from DVC home trip. We bring our laptops to the pool, monitor emails, head back to the room if there are any Teams calls and then head out for dinner at our favorite restaurants. This trip we also are doing Epcot After Hours so will have 2 days where we get back to the hotel after 1am and then work the next day. Will be tiring, but we don't care! It makes a difference working remotely with completely different surroundings and we're very grateful that we have the flexibility with our jobs to do so.
Friends have a reservation, so they were able to get 5. DW and I will be trying on the 19th. Hoping to get 1 more person.
We (3 couples) grew up together, lived less than 90 minutes away from each other for decades. It takes traveling 1000+ miles to Disney World to finally see each other.
