Am I going crazy?

OK - my DH is usually the one that gets all the emails, and he is out of the country, so sometimes he passes them on to me, but sometimes he is to busy and doesnt. Anyway, I KNOW I called Disney last yr and booked our 40% off by THEM looking through our phone numbers/addresses/or emails. To see if anything was "attached" to our name. There was!!!! So, I called today,and the CM told me there was no way to look this up. Is this correct for this yr? Or did I maybe happen to get a new CM?

We did this last year, one CM wasn't able to do it but the next call I made they were?
 
I called them about a month ago to see if I had a code attached to my name. They told me I did but not for when I want it and to call back at a later time.

I would call again to check. Good luck.
 
JUST MY OPINION...but I think you just got a lazy CM who didn't WANT to check. When we booked in for this past May, I'd call every week or so, and some would say they'd check, but it only took them a second, and others would be very kind and check me, my hubby and took their time, making me believe the first ones weren't really checking. So I don't think that they "couldn't" check but that they "wouldn't" check.
 

CM's knowledge varies tremendously. Some don't know how, or that you even can, check on various things. Some only know how to check one thing. Some know how to dig--and will call different departments to dig up discounts. I had a CM in 2007 that did just that and was able to find me a code that beat the heck out of my postcard mailer and had better availability (which was my problem with the postcard mailer, no availability even though I received it that day).

OP, in your situation, I'd most definitely call back and ask (politely, which I know you would) again.
 
You're not crazy, when last week I called to get information on a package I asked if there were any discounts and they said let me look..and they said "you were sent a pin code on X date"...I said "I didn't get it" and they said well it was sent...I looked in my spam folder and there it was...so yes they can tell what offer you have been sent and I had no idea they could do that.
