Couldn't find the original thread.

But for fun (and because I'm procrastinating having a shower and cleaning...) I booked park days in January 2022 with the tickets in MDE.

We had the original non expiring Canadian tickets from Airmiles and we also had the Canadian Flex Tickets from AM that were to expire end of 2020. Those flex tickets still say valid any 7 days until 2030. I was able to book 7 park days for those flex tickets from Jan 7 to 14th. Only warning I got was when I tried to book an 8th day on the 7 day ticket.

So, if they truly expired in December 2021 as we all speculate, would it have let me book park days all starting in 2022?

Now to go delete them all... lol

Hmmm... interesting! Last I heard, most specific Canadian tickets were expiring by the end of December 2021, but maybe your airmiles ones are different?

PS - I'm also curious if those will be extended...

I had tickets from AM in MDE. Had my FP all booked and ready to go. Then Covid cancelled everything. The date on my tickets now show Dec 31, 2030 as the expiry date. I was wondering what would happen when the year changed as they were supposed to expire at the end of 2020. I wonder if Disney quietly extended tickets to 2030 for those who had plans in the works that had to be cancelled. I'm not going to questions it at this point.

It may be I'll owe them a little more money when I actually get there but I'm not going to rock the boat at this point.

I’m also really curious. It’s so hard trying to plan for the 3rd time when we should go, it would really help if our tickets didn’t expire end of sept 2021 (ours aren’t airmiles, but bought with Canadian discount so it will cost quite a bit to buy past expiry since we got them for much cheaper than normal price)

What do yours say in MDE for expiry?

The price to upgrade if we need to is a worry along with not being able to upgrade until we get there and losing the ability to book park days or fp if they have them back by the time we finally get to go.

Oh god, I didn’t even think of that!

ours are set to expire sept 21, 2021 per the app.

Yes, the fastpasses are my concern. I'm fairly certain we'll be going back in 2022 at this point, so I don't want to be stuck not able to book FP if they are back.

Ok so I just went on to see about ours. The tickets say they are 5 day, but we used 4 days when we were down in March and they said that we would still have 1 day non expiry because of the shut down. We were there for the last night they were open. If I try and assign them to multiple days are they locked in. Or can I experiment and still back out after?
