Yea have them try again. I had to keep trying to upgrade ours but finally got it. If it was with a discount code that is expired they will have to call guest services to check it because other than that it will show unavailable. And if it isn't available I would call Disney directly and check to see what is available and if you have to rebook with Disney and cancel with your agent. Send me a PM....
