I have to share my enthusiasm at the one place people know how I feel ,well just bought way back tickets from Disney on Jet Blue 114 dollars direct flight. I thinks thats a great price for Orlando to Boston ! Now we are all set to go back to my favorite place on planet

Checking in live from the Hawaii longhouse! We were greeted as soon as we stepped off the ME bus by a CM who walked with us to bell services to drop off our carry on stuff and then walked us to Hawaii. Check in was super easy and we had a delightful CM. Even little Lily got a lei! My parents are really enjoying themselves and are amazed with the resort and everyone they have encountered. Think I have them hooked!

I am so excited We leave in 4 days for our first stay at the Poly and our kids first trip to WDW.

We just left WDW as of Sunday afternoon. Stayed in the Hawaii longhouse from the 9th-18th. Had a few bumps in the road, but the resort was beautiful and some of the cast members were excellent. Especially, Jake in the lounge. Fantastic CM - always a smile on his face and always wanted to help. Stayed in room 3519 and had some very creative mousekeepers this trip. Loved the hanging monkey and turtle towel animals.

24 hours from now we'll be finishing up dinner at the Wave!! Then we hope to keep our eyes open long enough to watch the fireworks from our balcony before collapsing--since we are getting up at 0300! So exciting!

My plan for surprising my DH with an upgrade to TPV CL has been squashed for our ten year anniversay!! I am so upset I have saved the extra cash, went over his head just for our TA to tell us they are booked!!! I am so sad!!! Dec11? Booked??? Really????

Yes. They should stick, but depending on how much paint is on the door and the quality of magnet it may differ. I would try it!

The Disney website shows availability maybe the block of rooms your TA holds is sold out. Ask them to book directly with Disney or do it yourself. Good luck

Just back from our first visit to Poly CL. It was amazing. The staff was super helpful with setting up for my sons birthday party and went out of their way to help us. I can not imagine why there are any complaints about the staff in CL. They were great. We had room 3505 with a head on view of the castle and a full balcony. I have absolutely no complaints it was a great 1st birthday celebration for our friends and family. I think the Poly might be my new favorite hotel. Oh and I just discovered the pool has jets in it at one end. Not quite a hot tub but it does the trick after a long day at the park. If you are on the fence book CL it was worth it to us. Watching wishes from the lounge was really relaxing and the desserts didn't suck either. LOL. Next time I might just save the cash and go with garden view because we truly were never in the room at night and we could watch the fireworks from the lounge so that would be my only change.

Dear Poly Gods....if you are going to make me sick, can you at least make it the kind that will let me drop 10 lbs. before vacation!!! Oh yeah, and without excersing - I don't have time to do that!!!!

Almost done with 2 weeks of antibiotics and still hacking....I need Florida sun NOW!!!

So photopass is ordered, ordered the dvds for the camcorder through Amazon - $11.70 on Amazon for a 3 pack and Best Buy wanted almost $30!!!!!

Then of course while I was on they had the cutest Rapunzel shirt for DD5 that I just had to get.



And now of course DD15 saw this ....I'll have to get this for her!!!!

If you booked your room using any discounts, that may be your problem. They only have so many rooms for each discount. I plugged in Dec 11th to 17th on the Disneyworld.com website and TPV CL is available ... but at rack rate OR the MYW+Free Dining

Yea have them try again. I had to keep trying to upgrade ours but finally got it. If it was with a discount code that is expired they will have to call guest services to check it because other than that it will show unavailable. And if it isn't available I would call Disney directly and check to see what is available and if you have to rebook with Disney and cancel with your agent. Send me a PM.... Ugh, hope your feeling better soon!!

FYI the shirt you got does run *super* small. I got the 7/8 for my dd who at the time was in a 5 and she couldn't even get it over her shoulders. We made lemons into lemonade though and turned it into a pillow and now she gets to sleep with it every night.

We are staying one night at POR before moving to the Poly for 7 nights. How do we go about getting our luggage moved to the new room? We are surprising our kids with staying at the poly!
