You should pass at that price. We paid $74 / point a few months ago at AKV and it passed - also December UY. Good luck.

We stayed at Kidani once and loved it. Were able to get it 7month window (August stay).

Now my son on the other hand has been on the waiting list since his 7 month window opened up for early Dec. No go so far!

We loved it there but I think they are all great!!

Best of luck. We loved kidani and love eating at ak lodge. Akv is a good call. Dues are low and contract is long. Plenty of room booking should be easy. We boughts ssr, never have seen it or been to it. Weve gotten bcv or bwv at seven months every time. Even f/w last yr.

We own at BCV and love it but I also loved our stay at AKV and hope to add points there soon. It is a beautiful resort!

We are actually hoping it passes quickly and we are able to get our points right at the 7 month mark so we can have a chance of split staying between BCV and AKV!

Its just nice- knowing that we will be able to experience WDW at a slower pace with our children, family and friends.

We said that too. It hasnt happened, we are still pretty crazy about filling each trip with stuff to do. Haha, I guess we like it that way. Although this trip, our final day will we wo park tix as our PAP's expire. One day to relax!

Look's like we're ROFR refusal buddies for AKV!! Our offer was accepted 7/23 and went to ROFR 7/24. Hopefully we're soon to be home resort neighbors too.

This wait has been so long! We contracted for 200 pts at $74/pt with an April use year. Only have 9 pts left for 2014 but all 200 coming in April for 2015 just in time for our next trip starting 4/30.

Good luck! Would love to know how you're passing the time... I've already got trips planned in my head for the next 3 yrs so I hope this goes through!!

We are waiting too! Waiting is sooooooooooooo long! We are on day # 24, with no news. I know its just around the cornor but .... the suspense drives me nuts! We are looking forward to being owners ay BWV! We are planning a 2014 Oct. trip currently on rented points. We will do a split stay at AKV and BLT. This keeps me busy. My dd#2 asks every day! I hope to hear early next week!

I think what makes me more anxious is that we're waiting to book our next trip with these points. We'll prob be just around the 7 month mark when it closes (if it closes...ahhh). From what I've read there should still be availability at AKV well past that but I'm a planner and I don't do well not being in control!

We sure hope its good news! 5 days left! We have moments where we think we have it ... then we think we do not.... suspense!

You do all understand that after you past ROFR, the wait is not over. You have to wait typically about another month for closing, and then a couple weeks for your member account. I just went through it all and found the ROFR window to be the least painful part of the wait. The worst is the last bit where you know all the paperwork is in, and you just want someone to get the points into your account.

It definitely leaves you like this:

The hardest part, for me, was the wait between getting my membership credentials and the points being loaded to my new account. Yes, it gets worse before it's over.

I agree ..... the not knowing is the worst! I am ok waiting for the points as we are not using them until our 2015 trip and we are not sure when we will go. Possibly between Sept and Dec. I really want to know if its ours .....

Unless the seller backs out, or owes more on the loan and can't come up with cash for the closing.
