My boss called me last night and told me he may need me to drive him to Orlando Friday morning. He said he would call me back. I hung up and started looking a 1 day ticket prices, hotels and dining. He called me back and said nevermind.

I was so close to being in MK on Saturday. Ugh. Wasn't meant to be.\

Now, I am seriously debating a weekend trip. Has anyone ever drove 6-7 hours for just 1 day in the parks?

Love this, NJlauren.

I am taking a Friday off in Feb/March to go to TN for an event (still waiting on date to be set) and then a Friday off in April to go to Tybee Island, GA & Savannah for the weekend. So if I did drive to FL, it would have to be after I get off work at 4PM. Definitely considering planning it soon. I own a luxury picnic company that is my weekend job and work will pick up in April so would need to do it before then.

I doubt we would do that unless we lived less than a a couple hours from WDW.

Even though we've been multiple times, some park time compared with lots is never enough.

I know I'd be whining if only part of a day in MK. Gotta have me 2-3 full days there, or I feel like I wasn't really at WDW at all.

Her Dotness, that was my opinion too until I was faced with decision. LOL. Now, I am on the fence and leaning more towards some Disney is better then no Disney. My last trip was 10 days Contemporary Club Level so I definitely typically go for long periods. This would be a change for sure.

In December, we flew down just in time for the holiday party, and flew home the next morning. Ironically, we booked the whole trip 3 days before.
