I just booked ASMusic today for Sept 23-30th! We love POP, liked Movies okay, but are really excited to try out Music! This trip is all about our youngest daughter who plays the trumpet like nobody's business! Her passion is music, I think she is going to get a kick out of the theming.

We've got 2 birthdays & an anniversary, but we're also celebrating DS made the "jazz band" at school so we are crossing fingers we get to stay in the JAZZ section in honor of his accomplishment (he didn't make it last year so all the more special for this year)

We did walk over to ASMusic when we were staying at ASsports last time & I thought at the time ASMu was sooooo much prettier than ASsports (gee, go figure ) THe landscaping is really pretty & back at the piano pool area it is exceptionally lovely IMO. ANd that guitar pool with all the activities, all I could think was WOW! We're planning to hang out & watch the in pool movie our AK day since that park closes early & we don't park hop. I'm really looking forward to it

DD is going to the American Musical & Dramatic Academy in NYC in October to study musical theater so this is her birthday & high school graduation present.
I requested the Broadway section because that is her dream.
We stayed there before and she loved it...especially the broadway tunes playing in the elevator area.

ASMu was one of our favorite resorts since there is so many activities happening there every day.

Hey! We are going to be there Sept 21 - 28 at ASMusic!

Our first time was last year at Pop, but we wanted to try something different. We were all jazzed about ASMovies, but heard it was looking pretty tired, so we switched to Music!

We are veteran POP-ers, the only resort we have ever stayed at, and have gone to Pop the past 3 years. We love it but wanted a change of scenery this time so we decided to try Music. I like the idea of the theming because my daughter plays piano and I really think the kids will enjoy all the activites at Music. I'm hoping we'll love it!

I think you'll like the change of scenery even tho I have not stayed at POP so I have no basis whatsoever to say that but the landscaping really is lovely.

The piano pool area is exceptionally pretty, lots of landscaping & you can easily see the broadway & rock sections...ya know, I don't remember noticing the country section but it's right there...but I remember thinking how quiet and peaceful the area was. Now if you want action, you're going to love the guitar pool area

We'll be there in November for free dining in a Family Suite with DD16, her girlfriend, DS19 and his girlfriend, DH and me. We cannot wait!!

We'll be at ASMu in a family suite from Sept. 18th-25th! Also with free dining! (we upgraded from quick service, so not totally free ) It's getting closer! I'm so excited!

Our daughters love the pool so I think they will enjoy the guitar pool and all the fun activities. We decided to get a preferred room in Calypso, we requested first floor, facing the pool. Can't wait! My DH is getting cold feet and keeps wanting to switch back to Pop but I convinced him to at least give Music a try

Can't wait will be at ASMU FS from 8/3 to 8/7 for a mini trip then off to Universal at the HRH ...

We love the ASMU FS the rooms are great and HUGE with a family of 5 this was the best thing Disney has ever done !! WHOOO Can't wait to go now !

where are you staying and for how long?! I am from northern ohio, and ill be there 6-16th at POFQ!!! I wont be to the FQ until 10th though because we are doing universal first! Nice to see someone else from ohio going!!!

I just reserved a suite for free dining Sept. 11-18. So excited. I can't believe a suite came open today. They are pretty hard to get for free dining!
