Why is it that only the 2 buildings above are the only ones with the Curtains?? Why not all rooms???
I am going with party of 7, using 2 rooms, and we can def. use the privacy curtains!!

Actutally four of the 10 buildings at All Stsar Music have privacy curtains.
Calypso buildings 1 & 10 and and Jazz Buildings 2 & 9.

Perhaps they were over budget and did not put the Privacy curtains in the other buildings.

I am hoping that in time enough guests will ask about privacy curtain at ASMu and they will go back and add them to other buildings.

Be sure to mention it at the front desk and any managers you happen to see when you are at ASMu.

Hey Linda, could you clarify something for me? I'm looking at an ASM map on wdwinfo.com and it shows Calypso bldgs are 1 & 10, Jazz bldgs are 2 & 9. 7 & 8 are Broadway. So is this an old map or are the curtains actually in bldgs 1,2,9 & 10?

It's not a big deal but I thought I would request a building that has the privacy curtain.

You are correct. I was going by memory instead of looking it up.

I guess at 58 I should no longer rely on my memory!

I will go back and make corrections.

Thank you for the info! I hope to get the Broadway section! I'm confused I just got my confirmation to the All-Star Music Resort and it reads Standard room (AA) What is AA Stand for? Please some one can tell me What is (AA) means?

If I would like a pool view room at the Calypso building, am I completely crazy?????

Are they very loud?

We were there in June should have got a preferred room, we were in the furthest posible room ever! Took us forever to get to the food court never mind coming back to the resort after a long day of walking through the parks.......

Does anyone have a suggestion? I will take any input at all.

We maybe switching from POP to here for our August/September 2009 bounceback as my mil has decided she would also like to go back and I have been wanting to try the ASMU Family Suites for awhile now! And I like to do different resaorts although we did stay here one day on atrip when we used dvc a year ago!

I need to know is that Broadway is closer to the entrance to the Lobby? And Does the Broadway Section is Standard room?

The Broadway section is near the back of the resort and they are standard rooms. The closest to the lobby is Calypso, the Jazz, then Broadway & Rock N Roll and then Country Fair

Does anyone know if there is a business center at the All Star mu?? I have to have access to computer since i am not bringing my laptop.

If not, how did anyone print up the boarding passes to fly home???

Normally if your hotel does not have a concierge desk you have a customer service desk and they should be able to do that for you!

There is no business center at ASMU.

Did anyone here stay at the Family Suites? If so are they worth it? As oppose to 2 rooms connecting? I think it would be nice to have the kitchnette w/ micro , frig and toaster. Please give me all feed back good or bad!

We just spent 2 weeks in a family suite and I really liked the suite. We are a family of 5-DD(9), DS(7), & DD(5). The girls slept in the full size sofa and my DS slept in the chair. We really liked having a queen bed in the bedroom, desk in the bedroom (with power strip-great for charging phone, camera...), and a comfy chair in the bedroom. The fridge, micro and coffee maker were nice. And the kitchen provided a lot of extra storage that was really nice.
