DCanoli.....Thought I read that Disney stopped doing the paintbrushes on TSI ??

When/where did you read that? We searched for them in September; HOWEVER, I will say it was HORRIBLE!
They were hidden so hard that we were on that little island for almost two hours (in the extreme heat, I might add), and not one person (on all the island) found the brushes!
Everyone was complaining, but the CMs kept saying they hid the brushes that morning. I was so mad that I came right home and sent in a complaint. Those brushes are hidden for the CHILDREN, and thus, should be fairly easy to find.
I'm not saying put them on top of a trashcan or anything THAT easy, but my gosh--we searched everywhere humanly possible, and they were not to be found.
One year, we even found one BEHIND A ROCK IN THE LANDSCAPING--I had to literally go into the landscaping (i.e., trees, brush, etc.) and look around. That is unacceptable.
Disney called me back, as per their policies, but they offered no solution or anything. Just the standard fare, "We apologize for your trouble....blah, blah, blah..."

Now, we are headed toward Big Thunder Mtn., and how many people walk right by this every day? It is amazing to me the detail that Disney puts into their attractions. Even the handicapped sign is themed!
