I'm dating myself here, but I remember when this was an "A" ticket ride at Disneyland. My sisters and I always insisted on riding this since every visit.

Just out of curiosity, what power zoom lens do you have? I tried to take the same shot with my el-cheapo camera (that offers a whopping 3 times zoom), and this is the best I got:

The lens was the 1st lens I purchased when I got my DSLR, and it was my only lens for the first 5 months I had the camera. It got me some VERY good pictures, and it was a nice walk-around lens. My only issues with it were it was very loose, and didn't have a lock on it so I'd catch myself walking around with the lens extended. Then after using and abusing it for 5 or six months, the AF went haywire. I haven't heard of anyone else having the problem with the AF, so I think I just got a dud lens. For the price, I'd say it's very much worth it.

I have a Canon Powershot S5 which has a 12x zoom. I just got it in December and absolutely love it!
