Been to Disney on both coasts and the only ride that I think I have missed is the tram leaving DLR taking me to a parked car after a long day. Think that they would mind if I hopped onto the Tram and rode it out to the parking lot and back to DTD?

All kidding aside....Any rides that you have missed or have not been able to take in your visits?

Yes! In all my trips, I've never been on Ariel's Undersea Adventure. Once we missed its opening by a matter of days -- it was in CM-only soft opening. On subsequent trips, including our most recent, it's been down for refurb. Just can't get in sync with that attraction!

And you are so close! Maybe next time.... under the sea....(yikes, now I am humming it...)

I think I've only missed the canoes and the rafts to get to Tom Sawyer Island. The canoes by choice and the rafts because we never seem to make a point to go to the island.

And you could totally hop on the tram to the parking lot. ;-)

There are quite a few small or 'incidental' attractions I haven't been on, but I think the big ones for me are Autopia (I've been on the Speedway at WDW--ugh! :sad2: ) and I've never set foot on Tom Sawyer island.

Four trips from Canada and I still haven't experienced Big Thunder:sad2:

I've never been on the canoes, but I'd like too. We've also yet to see Crush, and we really want to. Hopefully we can make this happen this year.

Got to ride Splash Mountain for the first time ever in 2014!! My first trip it was not even around. My 2nd trip it was being built (if memory serves me correct), my 3rd and 4th it was in refurb,,,,so on the 5th trip it was open and I sat in the front for the first time (made my 4 kids, hubby and Mom get behind) and loved it!!

No Big Thunder!!! That is our go to ride every trip. Would not be a Disney Trip without riding the train through the badlands, and experienceing the cave in.

Great topic idea. At the DL, I've never done the Canoes, Sailing Ship Columbia, or the new Star Tours (don't think that really counts). Thought there would be more than that honestly.

At DCA, I won't bother listing them all. Never been to Bug's Land or Car's Land, so there's a lot.

I've missed a few, canoes, river boat, rafts to Tom Sawyers island, Mr Toads wild ride and then most of bugs land. Mr Toads is the only one that I keep meaning to do and never make it there, the others I'm fine to keep skipping.

I've never been on the Astro Orbiter, Golden Zepher, and Silly Symphony Swings. For a long time I had never been to the Island but I went there for the first time recently as well as did all of the attractions in Bugs land for the first time.

Grizzly River Run! Our DLR trips are an annual December tradition and we've never felt "quite the need" to get THAT soaked in cool weather. Not even if we're headed straight back to the hotel. :lmao:

I've never been on the canoes ...
I haven't either ... but thats by choice.
The only other ones I can think of are Casey Jr, Astro Orbiter and two of the rides in bugs land in DCA

We've never done Sailing Ship Columbia (it's never been open when we're there) or Matterhorn. Matterhorn is a sore spot- we've gone to DL twice on a MM Thursday (2013 and 2014) and both times it was closed at the start of MM and by the time we got there 30 min into MM the line wrapped around the mountain - not how I'd want to spend my MM hour waiting for the ride to open. I'm so hoping it will be open when we go back this August. We're going to try a rope drop Sunday and MM Tuesday. MM Thursdays seem to be bad luck for us and are always crazy crowded so we fly home Wed.

Wow, a lot of people miss the canoes. Why is that? They are super fun.

The last time we went we didn't set foot in Toontown, I don't know why, we had 5day PH too! I think we just kept mistiming our roamings with my son's naptime. We would make it to Fantasyland, then time for lunch, then naptime. Then we would head to tomorrowland or adventureland after nap.

Finding Nemo

I haven't been on the submarine ride since my very first trip to DL back in 1990, when I was 5. Every time we have gone since then we've either missed it or it was down. It will be down again this upcoming trip!

Pirates!! It's been closed on every trip since 1999! My kids have never ridden it:mad:

I honestly doubt they'd really even notice...in truth I bet this happens frequently...someone suddenly remembers something and has to go back. They will (at least I think they will) make you get off the tram when it gets to the parking structure, but the loading area is directly across the plaza.

Any rides that you have missed or have not been able to take in your visits?
I know I've not ridden anything in Bug's Life Land. The only other rides that I have missed are the ones that I have avoided on purpose (basically anything that spins fast). Things that I know my stomach will not like...

In six trips I have never been on:
Canoes
Sailing ship Columbia
Splash Mountain
California Screamin'

DH is trying to talk me into Screamin' when we go in August but I doubt DS will go on it so that gives me an automatic out!
