All My Plus Size Sisters

I love the Lane Bryant outlet. And actually (though I never would have imagined it...) I've found some really cute work clothes at Walmart. We happen to have a bigger plus size dept at the store here, I got a cute blue/green/black/white shirt, black cotton tank, short blue cotton cardigan type jacket, all for like $40....and everything is still in good condition, that was over a year ago!

WLS = weight loss surgery, such as gastric bypass or lap-band

I had found a couple work shirts from there too. They shrunk up on me in the wash. They are too short now, so I don't wear them anymore. I wore the Pink one to my graduation last year.

are you looking for jeans i just found some in the back of my closet? let me know you can pm and ill send them to you

Went to the outlet mall in Smithfield this weekend as promised (had a blast with my bff and her bf) and was disappointed. :( The Lane Bryant outlet, was so excited to go there, and it was just like my regular LB store here in town. There were no sales and they had the same merchandise that was in my local store, same prices too. Did not find any shoes. My daughter wants Heeley's and they had them on sale in Journey's for $30 but not in her size (she wears a 1). They didn't have anything in my size ( 10.5 in men and 12 or 13 in women). I did get my daughter some clothes from Osh Kosh (a pair of shorts, a pair of jeans, and two shirts for about $27. We went to SouthPoint mall in Durham and I got her some shirts that were on sale in JCPenny. No plus size shirts for me. The only thing I got for me was some Bath and Body Works body splashes (irrestible apple and dancing waters); but they did not carry the full sets, that dancing waters smell soooooo good. I also got a two in one lip gloss form there and and hand soap for my daughter spent maybe $15 in that store total. Got me a necklace from rue 21, and some foundation from the makeup outlet, Clinique liquid for 14.50. So no clothes for me this trip. Gotta lose this weight it's ridiculous.

When I went to wal mart yesterday. I found two t-shirts in the mens section for 5.50 a piece, FOTL.

I get most of my clothing from OldNavy.com in the woman's plus section. I love the t shirts and they do not shrink.(I wash only in cold water and tumble dry on low). I love their capris as well. I am the same size as you.

That stinks! I went to my local LB outlet yesterday and they had a huge sale. Most stuff was 40% off. And definitely not the same stuff that they have in the regular store. I even saved an extra 10% because it was Mother's Day. Just needed to show a picture of the kids, grandkids, etc. I asked if I'd get 10% showing a picture of my niece and nephew and the girl said that if I had a picture, she'd give me the discount.

I found some nice tunic tees online at Avenue-like $9.99 plus there is a 25% off code if you spend 75%. They are a nice 29-30" length.

I also found a black tee with green & white tribal design brand White Stag for $10 this morning at Walmart- very comfy. It flares a little on the side, 100% cotton though.

They are very good quality suits -- I have the two piece like your picture but very low cut. One word of advice -- I wore it into the ocean & got caught up in the horrible wave zone and by the time I got to my feet and to the shore -- half of me was peeking out!!! :rotfl::rotfl2:

I used to buy a lot of Avenue and imho, it doesn't hold up very well. Never had one of their bathing suits but I bought quite a few tops there and finally realized they didn't stay as nice as other places.

I got my bathing suit at Lands End. I love it!
