I love resort hopping! We did the monorail loop our first day and it was so fun!
We always seem to find something different to buy in each of the resort shops.
The Contemporary store was where I found gingerale...not easy to find at WDW.
I did manage to get my DMom some at the Petals bar one night too.
Thanks for the F&G videos...they made me giddy....we are SO EXCITTED!!!
I just hope they aren't sold out of all the cool merchandise by then.
I almost bought that Epcot pin set last month for Lexi's upcoming birthday but I decided to wait and get it there so it can be more special. Great minds think alike.
We liked Disney Live! but we
really liked the Disney on Ice!
I am happy to see whatever Disney comes my way...can't wait fr the next one.
I'm off to the mall this afternoon. Lexi has Build A Bear coupons and she is after Kermit & Miss Piggy. Apparently she just has to have them for the next trip to Hollywood Studios.

They can entertain her this week while she is on Spring Break.
We were all a little sad Thursday when we realized we should have been in WDW that day.
Have a great day!
So, did Miss Piggy and Kermit come home with you?
I was supposed to be leaving on March 30, but I had to cancel that one. I get a great 'consolation' prize, though, in that we are having Bella's birthday party that weekend. When I booked the trip, I figured we would do it the weekend after her birthday, but Jill couldn't do it that weekend for some reason. Is that Easter weekend, maybe? Anyway, it worked out great - not being in Disney World will be easy since I get to spend the weekend with my best girlies!
Not taking the spring trip also helps me get my finances in order to be able to maybe buy a souvenir or two - and not have to eat jelly sandwiches all week.

- this summer.
Happy Sunday MeMom!
I hope your TN weather is good this week. We're in the 60s & 70s for the next week - woo hoo!! I hope spring is here to stay!!
Enjoy your day!
We're supposed to be about the same temperaturewise, but it looks like we have plenty of rain on the way, too.
I did enjoy the day. I graded three sets of paper for school while listening to Disney music. I bought a couple of new rugs for my bathrooms. I got some phone pictures from Christine, who was spending the day in Animal Kingdom.

When I left church and checked the phone, there was a gorilla picture waiting for me. I was like

- a gorilla!
What a cute little puppy wearing the Sorcerer Mickey hat
I really like that set of pins, one from each WS country. Luckily, we haven't become addicted to pin collecting...just Vinylmations which is bad enough!
Hope you're enjoying your weekend!!
I've become a pin person, but I don't buy the Vinylmations. There's something for everyone!

So far, I have been reasonable in buying pins, but if I had the money, there really are a lot of them I would love to have! I put them on a pin board at school, and they bring me a lot of happiness when I see them.

Wow!!
However, take down the Christmas decorations and put everyone in t-shirts and it would look like the day of the 40th anniversary celebration in October when we were there! It's the only time I have ever been there with crowds like that! I didn't know you could fit so many people in one place!
As much as I would have enjoyed being in on the big celebration day, I would have been okay with just being there for a while and then heading out away from the crowds. It's like that on July 4th, as well.
OK I swear I posted here this morning but it's totally not here now! Maybe I never actually hit the post button?
I did read on anther thread about some posts that disappeared... maybe due to the time change.
Anyways, I was just popping in to say hello! My laptop was acting up a bit this week so I've been reading but not posting so much. I've enjoyed your MK updates! And I love the resort hopping!!
I do the same thing sometimes. I think what I do is hit preview to check it, and then I think I hit submit, but really never do. I will pull up a report just knowing I responded, but my post is not there!
YAY Adventureland! LOL @ the watching your heads comment

And I love those camels, I remember how on my first ride it took me a minute to figure out one was spitting at me! Darn camels!

right back! to the Tiki Room, so glad they changed it, classic and nostalgic is better than Iago stinking up the place Eck! I agree about Stitch too, except I think they should just go back to Alien Attack or whatever it was before they replaced it with Stitch, because I think just toning that down instead of adding Stitch would've been MUCH better.
Oh and yeah, Aladdin's last wish: For the Genie's Freedom *bows* *walks out*
Love your pictures around Liberty Square and Frontierland, it's so nice to see more around those places without being bombarded by pictures of Splash, Big Thunder and my lovely Haunted Mansion, no matter how beautiful they are And I'll definitely take a few of those Disney ornaments, I need more in my house lol

to bowing out of MK with the crowds after saying hi to Mr. Sonny Eclipse! YAY Resort hopping! The Contemporary looks gorgeous as ever! So jealous of your limited edition pin, I want one of those so bad! And I think I may need to check out that Fantasia store more often, get some more pins and one of those pendants as well
Can't wait to read about which resort you went to next!
I'm personally in favor of something else besides Alien, too. It'll be interesting to see what it becomes one of these days.
Hope you get back to WDW soon so you can check out more Christmas decorations. Disney happiness when you are at home at Christmas is nice to have.
Enjoy your Quebec trip!
Hi Memom,
We are back from our trip and had a blast!!! Of course, I caught a cold but didn't start feeling it until we were on our way home on Monday. We got home early Monday night and I had to leave for New York at 7:00 on Tuesday morning. Today is the first time that I have had a chance to sit down and catch up. We had so much fun - it went by way to quick. The weather until Sunday was perfect 87 degrees and no humidity, then the cold front came thru and it was only in the mid 60s on Sunday. Big difference!!! We really enjoyed Pop - we were in the 60s section which we really liked. i don't think that i would have liked some of the further out buildings. Overall it was fun and Chloe loved the pool.
So glad that everyone made it thru the storms safely. I was thinking about you and Jill when we were watching the news. I grew up in Jackson,MS and lived in Birmingham - so i know how scary those storms can be.
I have loved reading all of your updates - it really makes me miss it even though we just got back. Bella does look just like Tinkerbell in the picture with the cast member!!!
We have our September trip booked - we are at Bay Lake Towers for the 3rd year in a row. I just don't think that we can stay anywhere else until Chloe gets over her obsession with the monorail. She gets more excited about seeing it than ANY character. She kissed it good-bye on our last day

It is actually really cute. We were at the observation deck at CR watching Wishes before dinner at Chef Mickey's and everyone was shocked at how excited she was and how she jumped up and down when she saw the monorail. They were even more shocked when we told them how much time we have spent there, and that this was not the first time that she has seen a monorail.
Looking forward to more updates

Have a great week.
I can see where Bay lake Tower and being right there at Magic Kingdom would be more exciting than Pop, but I am glad you liked it while you were there.
A lot of people think when they see a little kid, this is their first trip to Disney World. We've had cast members say something to the girls before, especially when they were little bitty, about it being their first trip, when really it might have been their 5th or 9th trip!
Isn't it crazy how much we can miss a place? Some days, I don't think about it so much. Life is busy and good, and I have my Disney fixes throughout the week through music, podcasts, pictures, etc. Some days, though, I almost ache to be there, and I have even gotten a little teary-eyed looking at a
youtube video a time or two because I wanted to be there so badly.
Have a Magical Monday, DIStown!
Are some of you on spring break this week? Some counties here are, but we still have three more weeks until ours.
