Hi - just wondering do all boardwalk view rooms at BWV have a view of the Epcot fireworks??:thumbsup2 And if so, is it a good view or just a rooftop glimpse!;)

All BW view rooms can see the fireworks portions of Illuminations. The parts that happen on the water are not visible from the BW. Here is an example of a view from a 2nd floor BW room:

The ones closer to Jellyrolls have better views. I stayed in the corner one bedroom once over the Village Green and just got a glimpse of the fireworks over the rooftop. I would think if you were on a lower floor there it would be hard to see. I really don't think those rooms should be classified as boardwalk view since they are not right over the boardwalk.

I might be mistaken, but I recall that there was a very large lounge room (not a bar) on one of the upper levels of the BWV near the Jelly Rolls that had a boardwalk view and from which you could see the EPCOT fireworks. I seem to recall that DVC or Disney was going to open this up at night for viewing the fireworks when not in use for a private party. My husband remembers exploring the BWV hallways on one trip many years ago and discovering this lounge/room. Anyone remember this? & does anyone know if it is still there?

It's still there, it's on the 3rd floor. But I think it is for private parties only. We had a room across the hall from it once. I don't think they open it up to everyone if not being used.

Higher floors farther from the elevator have better views. We've had the room right over the Screen Door and the high fireworks could be seen, but a lot of the show was blocked by ESPN. The higher up and farther down you go, the less the Inn wing of the Villas gets in the way - although even very high up near the end, you don't get the entire show, since much of it happens on the water.
