What is a good rule of thumb on how much the 2018 rates will be higher than the 2017 rates? Want to book a cat 9C cabin.

What ever Disney feels like raising the price up to. It's one of the most successful cruises they have. Book early if you can.

I've read people saying about 15%, but I did notice that the earliest sailings and the latest sailings haven't fluctuated that much.
