I know that there are clock radios in 1BRs (and presumably in 2BRs). But I'll be staying in a studio one week from today ( ), and I don't know whether they have alarm clocks/clock radios.

Prior to posting, I actually looked in the Member Handbook and while I found "clock radios" listed for 1BR and up, it doesn't say anything at all about alarm clocks in studios. Can anyone give me the scoop?

Thanks! :)

I know the OKW studios have clock radios. Or you could always leave a wake-up call and get an early morning character greeting :)

Ah, yes: the character greeting! I'll do that one of the four mornings we'll be there (I'm traveling with DNiece, 9, who will be enjoying her first trip to WDW), but I really hate being awakened by a phone.

We'll be staying at BWV. I'm presuming that most of the studios are similarly equipped across DVC resorts, so if OKW has clock radios, then I'm guessing that BWV does, too.

The BWV studios also have the clock radio/alram combo.

Best wishes -

Thanks, Carol! Now I don't have to go to Brookstone!

Be sure that YOU are the one that sets the alarm time. We had the alarm wake us at 5 AM on the last stay, perhaps the previous guests had an early flight.

Bobbi

And make sure you pay attention to your PMs vs your AMs, LOL!

Lol @ bobbi and Carol! :rotfl:

Normally, when DH and I go to WDW, we *never* set the alarm (unless we have tours scheduled). This time, however, my niece is so excited to be going that she asked, "Aunt Kim, do you have an alarm clock or do I need to bring mine? It's set for 7 o'clock."

Yep -- a kid who definitely is excited to be going to WDW, and a kid who knows her late-sleeping aunt very well!! ;)
