Alamo "Online Check-in"???

Has anyone else received the email regarding Alamo's online check-in service? It sounds more or less like National's EA. We always stay away from Alamo due to the bad rep they get here on the boards (and the incredibly long lines we see at the airport), but I'm wondering if this will help improve the service. If anyone tries it, please report.

Two problems with the online check-in:

1) You cannot use coupons

2) No additional drivers - must go to the counter

Other than that, sounds like it a good start for Alamo.

I guess that wont work for us since we are using a coupon. Do you know if can use Quicksilver with a coupon?
