Alamo Kiosk

I have a reservation with Alamo using a discount ID from Working Advantage and a free car class upgrade coupon code through my employer. I have read there are times they will not let you use the kiosk if using discounted codes. Will I be able to check-in using the kiosk?

I've never had a problem checking in using the kiosk with coupon codes. The only time there was a question was with a free extra driver code because I didn't enter my husband's info. I told the attendant when I picked up the car and they told me to keep my confirmation print out in the car and I would be all set.

There are some codes that won't allow you to use the kiosk, like the infamous Latin American code that was talked about a lot last year. That required you to go to the counter. I always use some sort of discount code (either published offers or my husband's corporate code) and usually some sort of coupon, and I've always used the kiosk. If you use a coupon, you aren't eligible to use the "skip the kiosk" option, though. (Not sure how that applies for Emerald Aisle members, though.)

The only limitation that really exists is that you can't use Online Checkin if you have a coupon on the reservation. A coupon is different than a contract discount code. Using the kiosk won't be a problem.

Great! I am not worried about the online check in. I want to use the kiosk as I have always seen a long line at the counter. Thanks for the great info!
