I remember on Micechat, Darkbeer did a trip report and I think he refered to that lot as "parking lot X" I think its overflow parking. Its on Disney Way and Harbor. They were talking abut eating at Cheesecake Factory and I saw a shot of DustySage walking down the path from the parking lot by an big open dirt area.

5. Neat new YOMD plan for "Dream Magic Hours" where winners will get an extra hour at DL or DCA after regular hours. First DMH to be on Jan 15 at DCA.

I'm curious to know how many of these they will give away a day...it would be great to be in a park for an extra hour when hardly anybody is there, but I don't want to feel like I'm the ONLY one there. That gets too creepy.

Question about the monorail.......

We will be there from feb 7th through the 10th, any chance the new one might be out by then?

I know he said presidents day weekend but how about a lil bit early?

The Dream Magic Hour is awarded to 2,000 visitors per day in DCA and 3,000 per day at Disneyland on days when the parks close at either 6 p.m. or 8 p.m., which basically means weekdays in the off season.

I thought I heard at one time that they were going to build a water park in that area. Of course like the article things are changing every minute!

I know exactly what your talking about but they nixed the idea cause Anaheim isnt warm all year around and that water park would only be seasonal. It would be a cool idea for the summer seasons for sure, but for now im happy they are putting that money into things that really need the update like DCA

I have heard that there are some technical issues with the new monorail and the track. So I doubt it will be working by then. They have not even tested it on the track yet.
