We are headed to AKL on Weds for a 10 day stay. We do not arrive until 10pm at night. Does anyone know the phone # for the room assigner. I did not put any request in with DVC and I would like to make a simple request.
Also, how many floors are there in the new building.

5 floors all together. 1st is the parking level. 2nd floor is the lobby. So 2-5 are the rooms.

You need to call member services. DVC resorts do not accept requests by phone or fax directly.

Not sure if you have standard or savannah view, but if you are pool lovers I'd request the pool side of the resort. We were just there last week. With little ones it would be a long walk to the pool from the other side of the resort. We were able to take the elevator right down and enter the pool through the back gate.
